在越来越依赖网络技术的现代化社会中，网络游戏这一新兴产业发展迅猛，蕴含着巨大的经济利益，游戏中虚拟财产的价值也呈急速提升的趋势。目前我国最早使用网络的一批人逐渐迈入老年，相关游戏虚拟财产继承的纠纷越发频繁。目前我国法律尚未对网络游戏虚拟财产权进行定性，也未明确其可作为继承的客体。本文通过分析游戏虚拟财产的法律特征和法律性质，确定游戏虚拟财产作为玩家合法取得的有价值的财产可以被继承。借鉴美国、韩国、芬兰等国关于虚拟财产继承的法律，构建我国的网络游戏虚拟财产继承制度，并提出完善的虚拟财产继承制度所需的匹配制度。

In the modern society depending more and more on network technology, online game has become a booming industry with huge economic benefits, and the value of virtual property in online game has risen sharply. At present, the first group of people who use the internet in China gradually enter old age, and the disputes over the succession of virtual property are becoming more frequent. Chinese law has not define the legal nature of virtual property of online game now, nor has it clear that virtual property can be inherited. By analyzing the legal characteristics and legal nature of the game, this paper determines that the virtual property of the game can be inherited as the valuable property acquired by the player. This article borrows from the laws of the United States, South Korea, Finland and other countries on the inheritance of virtual property to construct the virtual property inheritance law system in China and propose some necessary matching system.
