投手在棒球比赛防守中扮演着至关重要的角色，投手本身的力量等运动基本条件及投球技巧决定了投手投球的速度与控球的能力，进而决定了投手对于一场比赛的控制能力。基于此，本文采用观察法、文献资料法、访谈法调查高校棒球投手现状并分析影响高校棒球投手水平提高的主要因素，从而总结出适于高校棒球投手提高力量与投球技巧的训练方法并得以推广，旨在提高高校棒球投手水平，促进棒球运动在我国高校中的普及与开展。

A pitcher plays the crucial role in the defense set of a baseball match. The fundamental physical qualities, such as the strength and the pitching skills, determine the control of the pitcher over the baseball in terms of its speed and accuracy. This skill would further grant a pitcher the capability to control the pace of a baseball match. Due to its importance, I decide to study in this paper the major elements that affect the pitching abilities in the context of college baseball. I intend to summarize, or even popularize, the approach through which pitchers at college level could promote their strength and pitching skills. Hopefully the result of this study could enhance the level of college pitchers and facilitate the spread of baseball in China.
