随着篮球运动的快速发展，攻守对抗愈发激烈，中锋队员已经成为全队的攻守核心，但是北京市部分高校对中锋队员的防守技术不够重视，在训练中对中锋队员防守技术的训练也缺乏一定的理论依据，所以本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、临场观察统计法、数理统计法等对北京市部分高校中锋队员防守技术运用现状进行分析与研究。据研究，中锋队员在比赛中有强烈防守欲望的占41%，防守的基础动作符合要求的占35%，防守无球队员的成功率在30%左右，防守有球队员的成功率在67%左右，抢防守篮板球平均每人每场8.6个，抢断球平均每人每场2.1个，盖帽平均每人每场1.9个。结果表明北京市部分高校中锋队员防守意识、防守基础动作技术运用较差，防守无球队员技术运用较差，抢防守篮板球技术运用良好，防守有球队员技术运用好，抢球、断球技术运用好。

With the rapid development of basketball sports, Offensive and defensive become fiercer. Center members have become the most important players in a team. But most Beijing’s universities pay less attention to center members’ defense skill, and there are no theoretical bases upon center members’ defense skill in their daily trainings. This paper uses a lot of methods to analyze center members’ defense skill, such as documentation, survey, observe, gather statistics and Mathematical Statistics. According to the research, people having a strong desire for the game accounted for 41%, people having accurate defense skills accounted for 35%, 30% people have success when defensing players without a basketball, 67% people have success when defensing players with a basketball, per man per game can acquire 8.6 defensive rebounds, 2.1 steal basketballs, 1.9 block shots. The results show that many center members have less desire to defense and they are weak in base defensing, defensing players without a basketball or grab defensive rebounds. Fortunately, they are good at defensing players with a basketball, challenging for a basketball and stealing a basketball.
