“高等教育需要‘学生中心’的新视角与新模式”,这类观点掀起了一股“以学生为中心”的本科教育热潮。小组展示不仅是彰显学生中心理念的有效途径,而且操作便捷,因此受到高校教师的青睐,成为高校教学中学生中心理念的落实方案,在高校课堂中频繁出现。 小组展示虽然是学生中心理念的集中体现,但学生在其中的表现却与学生中心理念的期待背道而驰——一言不发成为学生在小组展示课堂中的常态。究其原因主要有二:一是输入受阻,聆听缺失,无法参与讨论从而导致沉默;二是输出受阻,发言困难,难以参与讨论从而导致沉默。 学生中心无法打破课堂沉默,表面原因在于教师教学技术失误,但根本原因在于学生中心理念存在着对学生过于理想的想象、对教师价值与作用的消解、过度多元化的评价标准等问题。因为技术问题并非普遍存在于所有教学中,且技术失误的背后也显现出学生中心理念的问题。 所以,要想打破课堂沉默,教师应当做好认识的修正与转向。第一、教师应当认识到学生中心并非教学的灵丹妙药,并非所有教学问题遇见学生中心都能够迎刃而解;第二、优质教学的实现不能只依赖于教学理念的更新,也在于教师个人教学能力的提升。 |

"Higher education needs a new perspective and a new model of 'student-centered'", such views set off a wave of "student-centered" undergraduate education. Group demonstration is not only an effective way to highlight the concept of student center, but also convenient to operate, so it is favored by college teachers and becomes the implementation plan of the concept of student center in college teaching, which frequently appears in college classrooms. Although the group presentation is the concentrated embodiment of the concept of student center, the performance of students in it runs counter to the expectation of the concept of student center -- silence becomes the norm of students in the group presentation class. There are two main reasons: first, input is blocked, lack of listening, unable to participate in the discussion leading to silence; Second, the output is blocked, difficult to speak, difficult to participate in the discussion leading to silence. Student center can not break the silence of the classroom, the superficial reason lies in the teachers' teaching technology mistakes, but the fundamental reason lies in the idea of student center has too ideal imagination of students, the elimination of teachers' value and role, the excessive diversification of evaluation standards and other problems. Because technical problems are not universal in all teaching, and behind the technical mistakes also emerged the problem of the student-centered concept. Therefore, in order to break the silence in the classroom, teachers should do a good job of understanding and correction. First, teachers should realize that student center is not a panacea for teaching, and not all teaching problems can be solved easily in student center. Second, the realization of quality teaching cannot only rely on the renewal of teaching ideas, but also depends on the improvement of teachers' personal teaching ability. |
