本文选取“哪里”和“哪有”为研究对象，借助内外状语和左缘提升探寻疑问形式的否定用法浮现路径。文章首先对“哪有”的身份性质进行梳理，“哪有”从具体询问到完全表否定，后接NP成分、VP成分到IP成分、CP成分，历经词汇化和语法化的进程。“哪有”作为词一旦进入状语位置，则只能充当外状语表示否定且焦点功能突出；而“哪里”作为疑问代词，可以处在内状语位置表疑问，也可以充当外状语表否定。但作为话语标记的“哪有”相较于“哪里”传信功能更为丰富自由。总之，“哪里”和“哪有”不同的句法位置、管辖语域和语义诠释对应着各异功能范畴在左缘结构（Left Periphery)上的表现。二者从疑问到否定的语义演变也展现出句法成分朝左位移，由低层位置向高层逐步爬升的路径。

In this paper,“Nali（哪里）”and“Nayou（哪有）”are selected as the research objects, with the help of inside and outside adverbial and Left Periphery elevation to explore the emergence path of negative usage of question forms. First of all, the article sorts out the identity of“Nayou（哪有）”,“Nayou（哪有）”from specific inquiry to complete negation, followed by NP, VP to IP, CP, through the process of lexalization and grammaticalization. Once“Nayou（哪有）”enters the adverbial position, it can only serve as outside adverbial to indicate negation and the focus function is prominent.“Nali（哪里）”as the interrogative pronoun, can be in the inside adverbial position of inquiry, or serve as the outside adverbial expression of negation. However, as a sign of discourse,“Nayou（哪有）”is more abundant and free than“Nali（哪里）”. In general, the different syntactic positions, jurisdiction domain and semantic interpretations of“Nali（哪里）”and“Nayou（哪有）”correspond to performance of different functional categories in the Left Periphery. The semantic evolution from doubt to negation also shows the shift of syntactic elements to the left, from the low-level position to the high-level position rise path.
