在我国近些年来教育教学理念在不断地变化,尤其是对高等教育的教育教学中的各种 手段,教学的一些新老制度,教学过程中的教学内容等较为系统的指标进行了深入的、系 统的、持续的改革。在各种教学改革中教学理念起到十分重要的作用,也是最难改革的难 题,是如何提高教学的质量、如何解决教学的问题、如何改变人才培养的模式,从教学内 容、教学的结构,教学所运用的方法,教学所用制度,以及对于教学的结果所涉及的评价 体系这些方面作为切入点,在现在的今天如何运用适合的教学模式,成为了教学改革的中 心重点。本文想通过对于教学模式的探索,借鉴翻转课堂,考虑到实际体育教学情况,本 文选择具体的排球基础技术作为教学内容,运用了实验法,文献综述法,对比分析法,问 卷调查法,数理统计法对高校排球课运用“翻转课堂”进行了深入研究,分析这一新型的 教学模式在大致一样的教育教学时间下,让学生更好的学习并掌握体育技能,较为明显的 提高体育成绩。通过本论文的研究,具体得出以下几点结论: 1.“翻转课堂”教学模式运用于高校的排球公共课,可以让学生在不变的教学时间内 更快更好的掌握并理解所学内容,课堂效果有所提升。 2.“翻转课堂”教学模式对提高学生的体育学习兴趣具有积极影响,使学生对体育课 更加有兴趣,有新鲜感。 3.“翻转课堂”教学模式可以增加对于体育的自主学习能力与态度,可以使学生更加 积极的与老师互动,相互讨论。 4.“翻转课堂”教学模式应用后,使得排球课的课上内容与课下衔接,让学生对于体 育有了新的认识,让学生从自身出发,积极地投入到体育中去,有效的培养了学生的终身 体育思想。

In recent years, China's education and teaching philosophy has been changing constantly, especially a series of indicators such as the teaching means, teaching system, teaching content and teaching evaluation of higher education have been deeply, systematically and continuously reformed. Teaching concept in various teaching reform plays a very important role, is also the most difficult problem of reform, is to improve the quality of teaching, how to solve the problem of teaching, how to change the talent training mode, from the teaching content, teaching structure, teaching by using the method, the teaching system, used, and for the result of the teaching evaluation system involved these aspects as a breakthrough point, in today's now how to use suitable teaching mode, has become the top priority of teaching reform. Based on the exploration of teaching mode, in this article, through reference to flip the classroom teaching model, considering the actual teaching situation, this article choose specific volleyball basic technology as the teaching content, using experimental method, the method of literature review, comparative analysis, questionnaire investigation, mathematical statistics of college volleyball class using the "flip" class carried on the thorough research, analysis of the new teaching model under the same teaching time to let the students more efficient master sports skills, effectively improve the sports achievement. Through the research of this paper, the following conclusions are drawn: 1. The application of the "flipped classroom" teaching model in the public volleyball class of colleges and universities can help students master and understand what they have learned faster and better within the same teaching time, and the classroom effect is improved. 2. The teaching mode of "flipped classroom" has a positive impact on improving students' interest in physical education, making them more interested and fresh in physical education. 3. "flipped classroom" teaching mode can increase students' independent learning ability and attitude towards physical education, and enable students to interact with teachers more actively and discuss with each other. 4. After the application of the "flipped classroom" teaching mode, the on-class content of volleyball class is connected with the off-class content, which enables students to have a new understanding of sports and actively engage in sports from the perspective of themselves, effectively cultivating students' lifelong sports thoughts.
