In this passage we studied the ground state and some simple evolutionary cases in Bose-Einstein condensate with three-body interaction based on mean-field theory. We find that the three-body interaction can influence the one-dimensional ground state by slightly assembling the original ground wave packet under the attractive circumstance and dispersing it under the repulsive case. And after that we calculate the chemical potential of the system with different values of interaction. In the one-dimensional evolution part we have present two examples including the expansion in the free space and the act in the harmonic potential. Both have exhibit the essentially similar result as it is in the ground state that the attractive interaction can impede the natural dispersal in a wave packet while the repulsive interaction can accelerate it. In the two-dimensional case, Bose condensate ground state can be also gathered up by the asymmetry of the imposed harmonic potential.
