本文使用2016年CFPS数据，探究受教育程度对离婚概率的影响，同时讨论了在不同性别和城乡之间这种影响是否有区别。研究发现，受教育程度的提高会使个体离婚概率增加，且对女性和农村居民的影响更大。最后探究了夫妻教育匹配是否会对离概率造成影响，结果表明教育匹配对与否个体离婚概率影响不显著。

This research aims to find out the relationship between education level and divorce rate using the data from China Family Panel Studies(CFPS). At the same time, the differences of this relationship between different gender and living area will also be discussed. The research indicates that higher education makes higher divorce rate, especially the female and rural residents. Finally, the research about education matching in marriage indicates assortative mating by education will not make a stable marriage.
