京剧演员作为一个特殊的表演群体，良好的心理素质对其演艺的成功非常重要。但以往的专业人才选拔培养模式大都建立在人为考评基础上，大多只关注外在条件，选拔标准比较宏观笼统，缺乏较为明确的统一性、科学性。本研究试图在探讨京剧优秀演员一般素质的基础上，进一步探讨其心理特质，意在为提高京剧表演人才的心理素质提供依据。研究采用访谈法、问卷调查法和质性研究等心理学研究方法，对411名京剧优秀演员展开调查。调查对象涉及老、中、青三个年龄段，以及生、旦、净、丑四个行当。主要对其心理素质、人格特点和情绪智力等心理学相关变量以及京剧表演本科学生入学专业考试评判标准进行考察。研究结论如下：一、悟性高、勤奋、自信、敬业、执着、有毅力、创造力强、有独到见解、成就动机明确、具有合作精神被公认为是京剧优秀演员具有的一般素质。其中，前三项为最重要心理素质。二、京剧优秀演员的人格特点是情绪稳定，情绪智力水平高，智慧，做事有恒心，随和。三、京剧演员的情绪知觉与情绪评价略低于同类人群，而情绪表达与情绪调控则略高于同类人群。四、京剧表演专业本科入学专业考试应将天赋条件、专业水平和演员素质三大类作为评判标准。其中演员素质标准主要考察的就是其心理素质。

As a special performance group, the psychological characteristics of Peking Opera actors are very important for acting success. In the past, selection and training mode in this area are mostly based on artificial evaluation and examination, more attention were only paid to actors’ external qualification. The criteria of selection are rather ambiguous, lacking the clear consistence and scientific character. On the basis of the common characters appeared on Peking Opera outstanding actors, this study would like to have further discussion on their psychological traits. It is intended to provide evidence for the improvement of psychological quality on the talents of Peking Opera performance. Through the psychological methods as questionnaire，interview and qualitative research, we investigated 411 Peking Opera outstanding actors, whom are of three levels of age: old, middle and young, and four main types of performance: Sheng，Dan，Jing and Chou. The aim of this study is to examine those relevant variables in psychology, including personality traits, behavioral character and emotional intelligence. Then, with the result, how to establish the criteria of professional entrance examination for undergraduates majored in Peking Opera performance was also explored. The main conclusion is obtained as follows:1) Most outstanding actors in Peking Opera have the following psychological characters in common, such as savvy，diligence，self-confidence，dedication，persistence, perseverance, high creativity，unique insights，clear achievement motive，and team spirit. Among these，the anterior three are most important. 2) The stability of emotion, high emotion intelligence, wisdom, perseverance, and amiability are also seemed to be the personality traits of outstanding Peking Opera performers.3) The emotional percipience and emotional evaluation of Peking Opera outstanding actors are slightly lower than their counterparts, while emotional expression and emotion control are slightly higher than the same crowd.4) All the inherited talent, professional level and quality as a performer should be included in the criteria of undergraduate entrance examination for Peking Opera performance. Among these, the psychological traits for a good performer play the main role.
