教师是教育发展的第一资源,高素质专业化的教师队伍是实现教育现代化、建设教育强国的基石。2021年教育部等六部门发布《关于加强新时代高校教师队伍建设改革的指导意见》,提出“建设高校教师发展平台,着力提升教师专业素质能力”的目标任务,2022年起,教育部依托国家智慧教育平台组织开展教师寒暑假在线研修,截至2024年寒假积累超过139万次高校教师参与,为高校教师提供了持续学习和专业发展的新机会新路径。 随着教师寒暑假研修制度日益常态化,如何实现从广泛覆盖到满足教师个性化需求的转变,已成为国家智慧教育平台后续优化改进的关键课题。对此,本研究围绕三轮高校教师在线研修,提炼高校教师的在线研修需求,以期为后期优化国家智慧教育平台研修服务参考客观证据和策略建议。 研究首先基于教师反馈的意见文本提炼教师研修需求,将高校教师在线研修需求归纳为研修内容、研修资源、研修形式、平台操作与学时认证五个方面。对比三轮研修的文本挖掘结果,发现三轮研修中高校教师的需求重合度不高,教师需求动态变化,于是针对文本分析中发现的问题设计开展访谈,对分析结果进行验证,并挖掘在线研修存在的问题。整理分析访谈结果,了解到寒暑假在线研修存在多样化的问题,如教师将理论应用于实践存在困难,也亟需满足教师对研修内容的多样化需求等。对此,研究结合高校教师在线研修需求与访谈结果,对开展高校教师寒暑假在线研修提出改进建议,提倡通过“丰富内容+方案推荐”满足高校教师多样化的内容需求,鼓励结合线下实践活动巩固研修成果,提供可加工和持续学习的课程内容纲要文本,并优化平台功能,提升资源质量,实现多方位改进提升。 |

Teachers are the first resource of education development, and high-quality professional teachers are the cornerstone of realizing education modernization and building a strong education country. In 2021, the Ministry of Education and other six departments issued the "Guiding Opinions on Strengthening the Reform of the Construction of College Teachers in the New Era", proposing the goal and task of "Building a college teacher development platform and focusing on improving the professional quality and ability of teachers". From 2022, the Ministry of Education has organized teacher vacation training relying on the national smart education platform. By the winter vacation of 2024, more than 1.39 million college teachers' participation has been accumulated, providing new opportunities and paths for college teachers to continue learning and professional development. With the increasing normalization of the winter and summer vacation training system for teachers, how to realize the transformation from extensive coverage to meeting the individual needs of teachers has become a key issue for the subsequent optimization and improvement of the national smart education platform. In this regard, this study focused on three rounds of vacation training for college teachers and extracted their online training needs, in order to reference objective evidence and strategic suggestions for the later optimization of the national smart education platform training service. Firstly, based on the feedback of teachers, the research needs of teachers are extracted, and the online research needs of college teachers are summarized into five aspects: study content, study resources, study forms, platform operation and class hours certification. By comparing the text mining results of the three rounds of study, it is found that the needs of college teachers in the three rounds of study are not highly compatible, and the needs of teachers are dynamically changing. Therefore, the problems found in the text analysis are designed and interviewed, and the analysis results are verified. Moreover, the problems existing in the holiday study are explored, and it is understood that there are diversified problems in the holiday study, such as the difficulty of teachers applying theory to practice. It is also urgent to meet the diversified needs of teachers for research and training content. In this regard, based on the online training needs of college teachers and the interview results, the study puts forward suggestions for improving the online training of college teachers in winter and summer vacations, advocating the use of "rich content + program recommendation" to meet the diversified content needs of college teachers, encouraging the consolidation of research results by combining offline practice activities, providing course content outline texts that can be processed and continuously studied, and optimizing the platform functions. Improve the quality of resources and achieve multi-dimensional improvement. |
