逆商是个人在面对挫折所表现出来的适应和调节能力,对个体的心理健康有重要作用。本研究通过对北京师范大学在校本科生进行问卷调查,关注大学生逆商发展现状,并从调查结果出发为逆商教育的发展和建设提出建议。

研究的分析结果表明,目前本科生逆商总体水平较高,但仍有提高的空间。从差异性分析结果来看,本科生逆商总分及其各维度得分在城市和乡村样本群体之间存在显著差异,并且独生子女与非独生子女之间存在显著差异,在父母教育风格上也存在显著差异;而在性别、年级、专业、社团参与、班干部担任等维度不存在显著差异。基于此对逆商教育提出了建议:重视高校逆商教育;建立完善的挫折预防机制;发挥家庭作用促进逆商教育。

外文摘要:

Adversity quotient is an individual's ability to adapt and adjust in the face of setbacks, and it plays an important role in an individual's mental health. This research pays attention to the current situation of the development of college students' adversity quotient through a questionnaire survey of undergraduates in Beijing Normal University and proposes suggestions for the development and construction of adversarial quotient education from the survey results.

The analysis results of the study show that the overall level of undergraduate students' adversity quotient is relatively high, but there is still room for improvement. From the difference analysis results, there are significant differences in the total score of undergraduate students' adversity quotient and their respective dimension scores between urban and rural sample groups, and there are significant differences between only children and non-only children, and there are also significant differences between different parents' educational styles; but there are no significant differences in the dimensions of gender, grade, major, club participation, and class cadre. Based on this, suggestions are put forward for adversity quotient education: attach importance to adversarial quotient education in colleges and universities; establish a perfect setback prevention mechanism; play the role of family to promote adversarial quotient education.
