2019年，随着中国人民银行发布的中国金融科技发展规划，中国的金融科技行业得到了大力发展与扶持。金融科技对于国家经济和市场经济具有相当重要的作用，是当今推动经济发展的重要力量。其对于传统金融业的颠覆性作用让市场须重新审视金融科技带来的影响。以往对于金融科技与营运能力的研究数量较少，因此本文在过往研究的基础上，分析深交所2002家上市公司的金融科技指数与其营运能力之间的影响。研究发现，金融科技对企业的固定资产管理以及存货有积极的影响，但对应收账款管理的影响并不显著。因此，企业应重视金融科技对固定资产和存货的把控，并采取适当的措施来把控固定资产的积攒与产品销售的良好比例和回收，以提高企业的经营效率和营运能力。

In 2019, China's FinTech industry has been vigorously developed and supported with the release of China's FinTech Development Plan by the People's Bank of China. Fintech plays a considerable role in the country's economy and market economy, and is an important force driving economic development today. Its disruptive effect on the traditional financial industry has caused the market to re-examine the impact of fintech. The number of previous studies on fintech and operational capacity is relatively small, so this paper analyzes the impact between the fintech index of 2002 listed companies on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE) and their operational capacity on the basis of previous studies. It is found that FinTech has a positive impact on firms' fixed asset management as well as inventory, but the impact on accounts receivable management is not significant. Therefore, enterprises should pay attention to the control of fixed assets and inventories by FinTech and take appropriate measures to control the accumulation of fixed assets with good ratio and recovery of product sales, so as to improve the operational efficiency and operating capacity of enterprises.
