有机自由基的独特物理、化学性质使其在化学、生物学、医学、材料学等相关领域均具有广阔的应用前景,但其稳定性不高的问题一直制约着其应用。1,2,4-苯并三嗪自由基(即Blatter自由基)因其相对良好的热稳定性、化学稳定性和较低激发能等特性受到科学家们的广泛关注,但其稳定性及其他物理性能还有待进一步提高。着眼于新型芳香三嗪自由基结构的开发,本论文对Blatter自由基进行π-扩展,将环对苯撑(CPPs)结构与Blatter自由基的2号芳香取代基相连接,合成稳定的芳香三嗪共轭纳米环自由基。到目前为止,我们已从4-羟基-4’-溴联苯出发,通过5步反应合成得到了Blatter-[7]CPPs自由基的前体,理论计算结果表明,该纳米环自由基具有相对Blatter 自由基更大的共轭程度、更大的自旋离域范围以及更低的HOMO-LUMO能级。这些研究为下一步发展有实用价值的有机自由基导体奠定了基础。 |

Radicals have unique physical and chemical properties It has shown a broad application prospect in chemical biology, medical materials science and other related fields Because of the existence of single electron, the chemical properties of free radicals are generally active and not stable This has always restricted the application of free radical materials Blatter radicals, i.e. 1, 2, 4-benzotriazine radicals, have the characteristics of small energy level difference and adjustable magnetic properties. As a kind of especially stable radicals, Blatter radicals have been widely concerned by scientists because of their good thermal stability, chemical stability and low excitation energy since they were first synthesized in 1968 In this dissertation, stable Blatter radical derivatives were synthesized by linking the ring p-phenylene (CPPs) structure with the second substituent of Blatter radical by π-extension The influence of CPPs structure on the stability of Blatter radicals was discussed. The stability of Blatter radicals was improved by the addition of CPPs structure, which could disperse the spin of the radicals and increase the steric hindrance of the radicals. The stability of Blatter radicals was improved by the addition of CPPs structure to the Blatter radicals. |
