近年来,随着我国市场经济体制的不断健全与完善、管理体制的改革与不断创新,人力资本的管理引起了人们的高度重视,人力资本管理从根本上对传统的人事管理提出了挑战。受传统人力资本管理理念的束缚,每年我国多数企业都面临着严重的人力资本流失的问题,本文就是以这个问题为出发点,结合了国内外多名研究者多年的教学、科研成果和企业实践经验来研究的,目的在于通过完善企业人力资本运营管理中的激励机制,丰富和完善我国企业在人力资本运营与管理方面的理论和实践,为企业留住更多、更好的人才,并能持续获得、提高创新能力,使人力资本作为企业持续发展、保持更强竞争力的关键环节发挥更好的作用,为经济社会发展做出贡献。

In recent years, as China's market economy system constantly improved and perfected, the management system reform and innovation, human capital management has aroused great attention, human capital management fundamentally the traditional personnel management challenges. The traditional concept of human capital management constraints, each year the majority of our businesses are facing a serious loss of human capital issues, this article is to this issue as a starting point, a combination of domestic and overseas researchers over many years of teaching, scientific research and business experience to research aimed at improving human capital through the operation and management of the incentive mechanism to enrich and improve our business in the human capital and management theory and practice for enterprises to retain more and better talent, and can continue to acquire, enhance innovation, so that sustainable development of human capital as a business and maintain a competitive advantage to play a more key role in contributing to economic and social development.
