随着教育资源的共建共享成为热点和移动终端的广泛普及,教育APP的数量呈现井喷式增长。然而,当下缺乏统一的教育APP评价的标准,教育APP的质量良莠不齐。本研究试图从用户体验的视角构建出一个科学有效的移动端教育APP评价指标体系,为“和教育”平台的资源准入提供参考,并能对软件开发者提供反馈,最终促进教育APP质量的整体提升。
本研究通过前期的文献调研和用户访谈,根据教学系统设计理论、马斯洛需求层次理论、Garrett 的用户体验要素框架和界面设计理论初拟了评价指标。然后通过两轮专家意见咨询,对评价指标进行了修订,并利用层次分析法确定了各指标的权重。最后通过实验和访谈,对评价指标进行了初步应用。
本研究制定的移动端教育APP评价指标包括战略定位、教育性、技术性和艺术性四个一级指标,14个二级指标和40个三级指标,并且每个指标都有对应的权重可供选用。整个研究过程科学严谨,评价指标的设计从用户体验的角度出发,同时突出了与移动学习的适切性,具有较强的理论及实践意义。

With the development and sharing of educational resources and the popularity of mobile terminals, the number of educational APP has increased dramatically. However, at present, there is no uniform standard of education APP evaluation, and the quality of education APP is uneven. This study attempts to build a scientific and effective education APP evaluation index system for mobile terminal from the perspective of User Experience. It provides a reference for the resource access of “ Education of HE ” platform, and can provide feedback to the software developers, and ultimately promote the overall improvement of the quality of education APP.
The research based on the theory of teaching system design, Maslow hierarchy of needs, User Experience framework of Garrett and interface design. Through two rounds of expert advice, the evaluation index was revised, and the weight of each index was determined by AHP. Also the evaluation index is preliminarily applied through experiments and interviews. The education APP evaluation index of mobile terminals in this study includes four first level indicators of strategic positioning, educational, technical and artistic, 14 two level indicators and 40 three level indicators, and each index has the corresponding weight for selection. The whole research process is scientific and rigorous. The design of evaluation index is from the perspective of User Experience, and it also highlights the relevance with Mobile learning. This research has a strong theoretical and practical significance.
