近些年教师专业共同体,作为生态取向的教师专业发展的重要载体,受到国内外学者的关注,成为当前教师专业发展领域的重要研究课题。已有研究表明教师专业共同体无论是对教师群体还是教师个人都具有重要意义,然而国内的相关研究依然处于起步阶段,研究的深度和广度都有待扩展。基于以上原因,本文在梳理国内外文献的基础上,以生态取向教师专业发展为理论视角,选择由小学信息技术教师基于课题研究而组成的教师专业共同体为个案,运用访谈法、观察法、实物分析法等研究方法进行材料收集,采用程序化扎根理论的三级编码对搜集到的材料进行分析、归纳和整合,并在此基础上进行理论建构。本文主要包括五部分,第一章是导论,主要是对研究问题的缘起和研究的意义进行了阐释。第二章是文献综述,研究者从国外和国内两个方面对教师专业共同体相关研究进行了梳理和述评。第三章是研究设计,首先对课题研究和教师专业共同体两个核心概念进行了界定,明确研究问题,然后详细介绍了本文的研究方法,最后提出了论文的基本框架。第四章是本文的主体部分,主要分为四节,首先从源动力和推动力两个方面阐述教师专业共同体存在、发展的基础与条件;其次从领导者、分工方式、权利关系、组织氛围四个方面论述了教师专业共同体组织运行的状况;第三节分别从学科发展、学生发展和教师发展三个方面说明教师专业共同体的价值和作用;最后针对教师专业共同体的定位和当前的困境进行了分析;第五章是论文的结论和建议。

In recent years, teachers' professional community, as an important carrier of the ecological orientation of the teacher professional development has been concentrated on by more and more domestic and foreign scholars. It has become an important research topic in the field of the teachers’ professional development. Studies have illustrated that teachers 'professional community has been playing the major significance of the development of teachers and individuals, but the domestic researches are still in the humble beginning. Therefore, the depth and breadth of the research are to be extended.For these reasons, on the basis of the domestic and foreign documents, the researcher take the ecological orientation of teachers' professional development as a theoretical perspective, and select the topic researches carried by the information technology teachers in elementary schools, which can constitute the teachers’ professional community. The information were collected via some methods such as interviewing, observing, physical analysis and other research methods. The collected materials were analyzed, induced, and integrated via the grounded theory analysis, on the basis of which theoretical construction has been ongoing.This article consists of five parts. The first chapter is about the introduction, in which the origin of the main research questions and the significance of the study are to be explained. The second chapter is about the literature review, in which the researchers from abroad and domestic analyze the aspects of teachers' professional community of the sort and commentary. The third chapter is about the study design, in which the core concepts of research project and teachers’ professional community are defined clearly. Meanwhile the research-questions are assured, and then described in detail via the research methods, and the basic framework of the paper also is concluded. The fourth chapter is about the main part of this article, mainly divided into four sections: firstly, from the source power and driving force, the existence of the professional community of teachers, the basis for the development ,and conditions of it are explained; next, from the leader, the division of labor, rights, organizational structure-the four aspects, the running state of teachers' professional community organization is stated; thirdly, from the development from discipline, the development of teachers, and the development of students three aspects, the value and role of teachers' professional community is illustrated; finally, the positioning and the current plight of the teachers' professional community are analyzed. The fifth chapter is about the conclusions and recommendations of the research.
