文章主要通过文献研究、参与式观察、访谈、二手资料分析的方式收集资料，运用质性研究方法对北京市M医院急诊社会工作实践的服务过程进行研究。在嵌入理论的指导下，从认知嵌入、实务嵌入以及关系嵌入三个层面呈现了服务过程，并分析了服务的过程中所面临的实践困境，旨在尝试提出相应的解决对策与建议，为急诊科的社会工作实务提供价值参考。

研究发现，M医院急诊科的社会工作服务实践面临三个层面的困境。首先，嵌入主体层面：一是医务社工实务能力有限；二是医务社工角色定位不清；三是职业倦怠。其次，嵌入客体层面：一是接纳度低；二是角色混淆。最后，嵌入效应层面：一是专业服务效果难以评估；二是缺乏有效服务评估机制。相应地，提出四个层面的解决对策与建议。嵌入主体层面：一是建立“循证处方库”；二是寻找成熟的第三方力量。嵌入客体层面：一是设立临床科室“社工联络员”；二是组建多元化社工志愿服务团队。嵌入效应层面：一是组建跨学科服务评估团队；二是完善有效服务评估机制。另外，其他关键层面：一是倡导高校转变医务社会工作人才培养模式；二是加快建立从业医务社工继续教育制度；三是建立医院-高校-专业组织三方联动机制。

Based on literature research, participatory observation, interviews and second-hand data analysis, this paper mainly uses qualitative research methods to study the service process of emergency social work practice in Beijing M hospital. Under the guidance of embeddedness theory, the service process is presented from three aspects including cognition embeddedness, practice embeddedness and relationship embeddedness. The practical difficulties faced in the process of service are also analyzed in order to put forward corresponding solutions and suggestions, and to provide value reference for the social work practice of emergency department.

It is found that the social work service practice of emergency department of M hospital is faced with three dilemmas. Firstly, the embedded subject: the limited practical ability of medical social workers, the unclear role of medical social workers and the job burnout. Secondly, the embedded object: low acceptance and role confusion. Thirdly, the embedding effect: the difficulty to evaluate the effect of professional services and the lack of effective service evaluation mechanism. Accordingly, four solutions and suggestions are put forward.  For the embedded subject: one is to establish "evidence-based prescription bank"; the other is to find a mature third-party force. For the embedded object: one is to set up "social workers liaison" in clinical departments; the other is to set up a diversified social workers volunteer service team. For the embedded effect: first, to establish an interdisciplinary service evaluation team; second, to improve the effective service evaluation mechanism. In addition, for the other key aspects: first, to advocate universities to change the training mode of medical social work personnel; second, to accelerate the establishment of the continuing education system of medical social workers; third, to establish the hospital-university-professional organization linkage mechanism .
