农户是农业生产、农药使用的主体。农药使用风险知识的缺乏易导致农户主体施药行为不当,进而造成大面积环境污染,造成严重的经济、环境损失。针对现有研究在农户微观主体及其农药使用风险认知-行为选择耦合关系领域的空白,本文以山东安丘市 630份有效问卷为数据基础,分步构建Logistic回归模型,研究农户的个人、家庭、社会特征与其农药风险认知、用药行为间的关系及其影响因素。结果表明,农户特征-风险认知-行为选择,三方面构成一个关联的整体,具体而言:1)除性别因素外,教育、培训以及农药事故亲历情况等与农户农药风险认知呈正相关,高学历、经受培训、亲历农药事故的农户风险认识更强;2)农户农药风险认知对其农药使用行为有显著的正向效应,即风险认知越充分,越能促进其科学合理使用农药;3)社会特征(村庄风貌)、家庭特征(可用田地面积)、对农药的风险认知均与用药科学性之间呈正相关关系。据此,本文提出了若干政策建议:1)加强农药风险和农药使用知识的培训;2)发挥农户自身宣传带动作用;3)规范农药市场.
外文摘要:
Peasants, the dominators in agriculture, are prone to misuse pesticide or other chemicals if lacking in the knowledge of their potential harms, which in turn, generating mass pollution and irreversible loss in both economy and environment. However, current researches overlook the role of peasant as individual as well as connections between the risk awareness and behavior in chemical use. To fill the gap, this paper constructs a Logistic model with statistics gathered in Anqiu, Shandong (630 questionnaires valid) and discusses the above topic. Results have shown that: 1) four factors (male gender, educational background, professional training and whether has experienced chemical accidents before) correlate positively to peasants’ risk awareness towards agriculture chemicals. 2) The more they know about those chemicals’ potential harm, the more likely they will behave themselves. 3)Community atmosphere, available farming land and risk awareness also have a positive relation with the possibility of using chemicals wisely. According to the above conclusions, suggestions are listed as follows: 1) Government should provide more professional training related to agriculture chemicals, such as risk awareness and how to use them safely; 2) Involve typical individuals in promoting and publicizing. 3) Regulate the market.
