2019年爆发的新冠疫情造成的全球层面的封锁或出口限制对于世界经济发展造成了巨大影响。同时，国际贸易中逆全球化趋势明显，中美贸易竞争加剧。疫情和贸易摩擦使得关税和非关税措施提高。在此背景下，基于2018年与2022年供应商分布数据与国家宏观数据，本文对疫情后世界关税水平变化对苹果跨国公司供应商分布的影响进行了研究。

本文梳理了与供应商选择的相关文献，基于国际贸易相关理论，对供应商分布、关税水平等截面数据进行线性回归分析。实证结果表明，疫情后的关税变化对于跨国公司供应商的分布产生了显著影响。国家关税水平与供应商分布数量呈负相关关系。最后，本文根据实证结果对跨国公司与供应商提出相关发展建议。

The global blockade or export restrictions caused by the outbreak of COVID-19 in 2019 have had a huge impact on world economic development. At the same time, the trend of anti-globalization in international trade is obvious, and Sino-US trade dispute is intensifying. The COVID-19 and trade frictions have increased tariff and non-tariff measures. In this context, based on the supplier distribution data and national macro data in 2018 and 2022, this paper studies the impact of changes in world tariff levels on the supplier distribution of Apple multinational companies after the epidemic.

This paper reviews the relevant literature on supplier selection, and conducts linear regression analysis on cross-sectional data such as supplier distribution and tariff level based on international trade related theories. The empirical results show that the tariff changes after the epidemic have a significant impact on the distribution of multinational suppliers. The national tariff level is negatively correlated with the number of suppliers. Finally, based on the empirical results, this paper puts forward relevant development suggestions for multinational companies and suppliers.
