广州近年来飞速的城市发展与其悠久的城建历史赋予了其特殊的城市结构,居民生活习惯与其多元的居民构成带来了居民多样的出行需求。从居民活动角度可以识别城市的空间结构。现行研究在这一视角下,较少考虑了居民活动时的出行距离。出行距离是人群活动性构成的重要内涵。本研究以此为主体,基于于广州市手机信令数据,利用KMeans聚类与地理加权回归方法,从距离这一居民出行事变特征角度出发,探明社会经济属性对于居民活动性的影响作用。结果表明:①广州市可被划分为5个迥异的出行特征区,不同特征区在总体的出行距离与出行距离分布模式角度上均有显著区别。②社会经济指标会影响人口活动性,其中以年龄为主,其次是性别和富裕程度。在不同的时间和建成环境下,社会经济指标对活动性的影响并不相同。③道路交叉口指标对人群活动性影响微乎其微。除近郊以外,道路密度均会助长出行距离的延长。 |

The booming development and rich history of Guangzhou molds its unique urban fabric, while the its special cultural lifestyle and diverse residence brings a variety of need of travel. Its practical to identify urban fabric by the activity of resident. Current research pays few attention on the length of travel in resident activity. Aiming on fulfill the blank, This study utilizes cellphone data of Guangzhou to identify the degree of match between the city fabric and the resident travel pattern and clarify the influence from socio-economic factor to residence mobility. The result shows: a. Guangzhou can be divided into 5 districts based on travel characteristic, each districts is different from each other on the aspect of overall travel distance and distribution of whole-day travel distance pattern. b. socio-economic factors influence resident mobility, in which the age factor play the main role and then the gender and the richness. In different time and built environment, the socio-economic factors have a different influence. c. The joint point factor affects mobility very slightly. The road density increases the average travel distance in the area except suburban. |
