随着性别角色观念的转变,女性开始在工作场合中承担起重要的角色,而男性也越来越多地卷入家庭事务之中。双职工家庭数量的增长,二胎政策的开放以及新兴科技的使用对男性和女性提出了新的挑战,他们需要付出更多的努力以维持工作与家庭的平衡。已有研究表明,工作、家庭领域之间的相互干扰不仅会影响任务本身的完成,其产生的负能量也会带来生理和心理上的问题。因此,研究工作家庭冲突的成因以及可能的应对方式对缓解工作家庭冲突至关重要。本研究从角色理论出发,探究了个体感知的角色价值观同工作家庭冲突水平之间的联系。结果发现个体感知的工作、家庭角色重要程度的差异能负向预测工作家庭冲突水平,而个体感知的工作、家庭角色重合程度未能显著预测工作家庭冲突水平。而对于工作家庭冲突的应对方式,本研究发现直接应对方式能显著降低工作家庭冲突水平,逃避应对方式则会增加工作家庭冲突水平。集体应对方式对工作家庭冲突问题的影响不大。
外文摘要:
As our understanding of gender roles has developed rapidly in the past years, women begin to play important roles in workplace, and at the same times, men are more involved in family affairs. The increase of dual career couples, the implementation of new second-child policy, and the spread of advanced technologies have created new challenges for both men and women. They need to work hard to strike a work-family balance. Studies have found that interference between work and family not only influences the tasks in these two fields, but also causes physical and psychological problems. Therefore, it is important to investigate the causes of work-family conflicts and the possible solutions to reduce work-family conflicts. Based on the role theory, this study explores the relationship between perceived role values and work-family conflict. The results showed that the perceived amount of difference in the importance of work and family roles could negatively predict the level of work-family conflict, while the perceived amount of overlap between work and family roles did not significantly predict the level of work-family conflict. As for the coping style, the study found that engagement coping could significantly reduce the level of work-family conflict, and avoidance coping could increase the level of work-family conflicts. The collective coping had no significant impact on work-family conflict.
