This article intends to analyze some subjective and objective principles applied for relative rules of"apparent agency",by making use of basic materials,theories or cases concerning the common known "agency".From the purpose of providing fair protection for the three parties concerned,especially the third-party's,we generally introduce the "agency"and "apparent agency"respectively,and make clear the differences between "apparent agency"and "unauthorized agency by narrow definition".Here I emphasize and discuss the common-known but somehow ambiguous principle as "enough evidence presented to the third party as a reliable exterior".This article has moderately theoretical depth,and views the relationships in agency from unique perspectives,and above all it intends to provide some practical rules for thethree parties concerned and judges.The reasonable reliance,the reasoned third party,the obligation of reviewing ( for one's own benefits),the practical principles that can be applied by judges...Readers can get a sense of the meaning of erecting specific rules for"apparent agency",how and when and where do such rules apply,also they can achieve better understandings on fundamental principles in civil law,such as the principle of good faith,the principle of justice,and the importance of proper protection for people's reliance interests.
