本研究通过对北京市9所特殊教育学校中的音乐教师进行访谈，了解了特殊教育学校中音乐教育的目标、内容、方法及手段，并对各特殊教育学校中所使用的音乐教材、音乐教室的设备以及音乐教师的素质等方面进行了分析和讨论。此外，本研究还关注到在特殊教育学校中任教的音乐教师，了解了她们对特殊教育音乐教师这一职业的期望值、满意度、以及职业生涯规划等。根据调查的结果，提出了一系列建议。

In order to find out the current condition of music education in special education schools including the objectives, contents and methods of music education in special education, this research made a survey on the music teachers in 9 special education schools in Beijing. Meanwhile, this research made an analysis on the teaching material, the music classroom, the facilities of music education and the qualification of music teachers. In addition, this research also stress out the situation of those music teachers working in the special education schools, including their expectation and satisfaction degrees of this job, and their career plans in the future . In according to the result of the survey, the author point out a series of proposals.
