本研究选取2014年、2015年、2016年毕业于四所教育部直属师范大学(北京师范大学、华东师范大学、华中师范大学、西南大学)特殊教育专业的免费师范生150名,利用自编问卷《特殊教育专业免费师范生新手教师胜任力现状调查问卷》,调查从上述学校毕业、工作三年以内的新手教师胜任力现状和特征。 研究结果显示: 1.特殊教育专业免费师范生新手教师胜任力分专业知识,教学能力,专业情感、态度、价值观三个维度。《特殊教育专业免费师范生新手教师胜任力现状调查问卷》具有较好的信度和效度; 2.特殊教育专业免费师范生新手教师胜任力总问卷和各维度平均分超过理论中值,90%的作答者总问卷和各维度平均分均在3分以上,总体状况较为理想; 3. 特殊教育专业免费师范生新手教师胜任力在本科毕业学校、工作时间、性别等人口学变量上均不存在显著性差异。 基于研究结果,本研究从特殊教育学校、普通学校、免费师范生培养单位、免费师范生自身四个角度提出可行性建议。
外文摘要:
The study selects 150 undergraduate students who received free education to be potential teachers in special education major graduating in the year 2014, 2015, 2016 from four normal universities directly under Ministry of Education. (Beijing Normal University, East China Normal University, Central China Normal University, Southwest University) The study uses self-compiled questionnaire Questionnaire of Competence of Current New Teachers Receiving Free Education in Special Education Major to investigate current situation of competence of teachers both graduating from the four universities and working within three years. The results of research are as follows: 1. Competence of current new teachers receiving free education in special education major consists of three dimensions: professional knowledge, ability of instruction, professional emotions, attitudes, and values. The questionnaire has satisfactory reliability and validity; 2. The performance on the whole questionnaire and each dimension exceeds the median, with a satisfactory result that 90% of the total respondents score more than 3 points in the average of both the whole questionnaire and each dimension; 3.There is no significant difference between competence of current new teachers receiving free education in special education major and the demographic variables including graduating universities, working years and gender. Based on the research results, the study implements some feasible suggestions in four perspectives: special education schools, general schools, normal universities cultivating students receiving free education to be teachers and students receiving free education to be teachers.
