问题解决能力是指个体在具体情景中综合运用已有知识解决问题的能力。坚毅品质是指个体对目标能够坚持不懈并保持持久热情的心理特质。情绪调节是指个体对自己的情绪发生、体验与表达施以影响,进行管理和整合的过程。目前已有研究表明坚毅能够影响个体的情绪调节与问题解决能力,情绪调节能够影响个体的问题解决能力。基于此,本研究旨在探究中学生的坚毅品质与问题解决能力之间的关系,并进一步考察情绪调节在其中的中介作用。通过对国家重点研发计划项目“大规模学生跨学段成长跟踪研究”数据库中的5100名初中生在坚韧豁达、情绪管理、问题解决要点的得分进行分析发现,中学生的坚毅品质与其问题解决能力呈正相关关系,中学生的坚毅品质能够直接正向预测问题解决能力;坚毅品质通过情绪调节做中介效应正向预测问题解决能力。该发现对于促进中学生心理健康和学业发展具有重要意义,同时也为未来的教育实践提供了启示和思路。

外文摘要:

Problem-solving ability refers to a capacity to apply existing knowledge to solve problems in specific situations. Grit is a psychological trait whereby individuals persistently pursue goals with enduring enthusiasm. Emotion regulation refers to the process by which individuals influence, manage, and integrate their emotion experiences and expressions. Existing research has shown that grit can influence emotion regulation and problem-solving abilities, and emotion regulation can affect problem-solving abilities. Based on this, the study aims to explore the relationship between grit and problem-solving ability among middle school students, and further investigate the mediating role of emotion regulation. Through an analysis of the scores of 5100 middle school students in grit, emotion management, and problem-solving in the database of the nation program "Large-scale Student Cross-Segment Growth Tracking Study", it was found that the grit of middle school students is positively correlated with their problem-solving ability. Grit directly and positively predicts problem-solving ability, and grit positively predicts problem-solving ability through the mediating effect of emotional regulation. This finding is of great significance for promoting the psychological health and academic development of middle school students, and it also provides insights and directions for future educational practices.
