This article will describe changes of FDI of America and those of international trade. Statistic data are used to describe and analysis. From the point of utilization patterns of FDI and improvements of international trade,the article will put up with advice with analyzed results. The advice is focused on how to use FDI efficiently and to covert current type of international trade in the face of reindustrialization.
