随着数字时代的到来,信息的传播方式发生了巨大变革,用户接收信息的形式也随之发生转变。新式茶饮作为茶饮料顺应时代发展的产物,自出现以来便备受年轻消费者的推崇。各大新式茶饮品牌也相继推出了自己的微信小程序平台,但当前设计质量存在良莠不齐的问题。用户对小程序的质量重视程度愈发增强,这要求设计师用更精良的设计吸引用户注意。新式茶饮微信小程序的界面设计应当顺应体验时代的消费需求,不断进行自我完善与优化。在此背景下,如何优化新式茶饮微信小程序界面设计是值得社会关注并开展相关研究的课题。 本文以新式茶饮微信小程序界面设计为研究对象,基于用户体验理论,通过对用户体验以及新式茶饮等相关概念进行阐述,结合关键人物地图、用户体验流程、用户问卷调研的分析,总结出界面设计相关用户需求与设计突破点。再从界面设计的现状调研出发,分析其功能架构、布局、视觉元素特点,探索新式茶饮微信小程序界面设计的方法。 在研究过程中以用户体验的战略层、范围层、结构层、框架层、表现层要素为指导,综合运用文献研究法、问卷调查法等主要方法。首先,深入研究梳理与新式茶饮微信小程序相关的主要人物关系和使用流程,分析用户体验设计与新式茶饮微信小程序之间的联系,为研究提供理论基础;其次,对用户进行问卷调查,分析用户基本信息、行为习惯、需求偏好,针对调研结果总结出当前新式茶饮小程序的用户需求和设计机会点;然后以喜茶小程序为具体案例,分析其功能架构和每个界面对应的组件布局,从多款小程序中总结出以色彩、文字、图形插画、动图特效、摄影视频为主的视觉元素特点;最后,发现当前面临设计健康理念普及度较低、线下线上体验失衡的现实困境,总结出基于用户体验的新式茶饮微信小程序设计方法。将有形的界面设计产品与无形的用户体验理念相结合,为新式茶饮微信小程序界面设计探索出更多可行性方向。 |

With the advent of the digital age, the dissemination of information has undergone a great change, and the form in which users receive information has also changed. As a product of the development of tea drinks in line with the times, the new tea drink has been highly respected by young consumers since its emergence. Various new tea drink brands have also launched their own WeChat small program platform, but the current design quality is uneven. Users pay more and more attention to the quality of the small program, which requires designers to attract the attention of users with a more sophisticated design. The interface design of the new-style teadrink WeChat applet should comply with the consumer demand in the experience era, and constantly improve and optimize itself. In this context, how to optimize the interface design of new-style teadrink WeChat applets is a topic that deserves social attention and relevant research. This paper takes the new-style teadrink WeChat small program interface design as the research object, based on the user experience theory, through the elaboration of user experience and the new-style teadrink and other related concepts, combined with the analysis of the key figure map, the user experience process, user questionnaire research, to summarize the interface design related to the user needs and design breakthrough points. Then from the current situation of interface design research, analyze its functional architecture, layout, visual element characteristics, and explore the method of new-style teadrink WeChat small program interface design. In the research process, the strategic layer, scope layer, structural layer, framework layer, and performance layer elements of user experience are taken as the guidance, and literature research method, questionnaire survey method, and other major methods are comprehensively utilized. First, in-depth research combed the main character relationship and use process related to the new-style teadrink WeChat applet, analyzed the connection between user experience design and the new-style teadrink WeChat applet, and provided a theoretical basis for the research; second, conducted a questionnaire survey on users, analyzed the user's basic information, behavioral habits, and needs and preferences, and summarized the current user needs and design opportunities of the new-style teadrink applet in response to the results of the research; Then take the Xicha applet as a specific case, analyze its functional architecture and the corresponding component layout of each interface, and summarize the characteristics of visual elements mainly in color, text, graphic illustration, motion picture effects, photography and video from a variety of applets; finally, it is found that currently facing the real dilemma of the low popularity of designing healthy concepts and the imbalance between offline and online experience, and summarize the design method of the new style of tea drink WeChat applet. Combining the action interface design products with the intangible user experience concept, more feasible directions are explored for the new-style tea drink WeChat small program interface design. |
