With the develop of China’S stock market,social security fund has become the current fashion. Social security fund Can maintain its value, increase its value and materialize its promise to the people only by entering capital market to share economy growth. Meanwhile, social security fund, being a gradually developing institution investor, plays an important role in balancing our stock market and optimizing resource locating. How to meet the increasing demand of people’s living standard and how to materialize social security fund’s initial promise have become a focus of governments and people. Social security fund took the first step into stock market in 2003, with the total stock market of 1,866 billion, and this number has increased to 115 billion. National social security fund has developed form 1 0 billion in 2000, to 70 billion in 2007. The rapid development of total social security fund has sharpened the performance review problem and investment empirical analysis. This paper based on this background, analyses our country's social security fund performance and foreign security fund performance, in the hope of learning foreign mature investment way to forge a solid background for the people's account.
