DNA由于其结构特点,具有非常强的可修饰性和可操作性。随着纳米生物技术的蓬勃发展,使用DNA作为模块来创建复杂的功能性或结构性材料备受瞩目,成为国内外前沿的热点研究方向。其中,DNA凝胶材料独具吸引力,它能够将分子识别能力与可编程性结合起来,允许直观合理的设计,在刺激响应智能材料和生物医学应用等领域显示出巨大潜力。然而目前,以DNA水凝胶为代表的DNA凝胶受其相对较差的机械性能影响,在进一步的技术应用方面受到了限制。本文通过化学合成和静电组装制备了一种炔烃表面活性剂-DNA有机凝胶材料,试图通过有机胶和具备光学响应条件的DNA复合材料的结合,有效调整凝胶内部结构,以期待提高材料的力学性能和可调性,推动DNA凝胶材料在更广阔的平台上的快速发展。

DNA is modifiable and manipulable due to its double helix structural characteristics. With the rapid development of nano-biotechnology, using DNA as a template to create complex functional or structural materials have attracted much attention, and became a hot research topic in the field. Among them, DNA gel materials are uniquely attractive. They can combine molecular recognition capabilities with programmability, allow intuitive and reasonable design, and show great potential in areas such as stimuli-responsive smart materials and biomedical applications. However, DNA gels represented by DNA hydrogels are limited by their relative poor mechanical properties and restricted in further applications. In this work, an DNA-alkyne surfactant organogel material was prepared by synthetic chemical and electrostatic assembly method. It was attempted to effectively adjust the internal structure of the gel by the combination of organic gel and DNA composites with optical response, which is expected to improve the mechanical properties and adjustability of the material. This may promote the rapid development of DNA gel materials on a broader platform.
