职业认同是大学生职业生涯发展的重要内容,求职结果作为评价大学生就业质量的重要指标倍受职业研究领域关注。而实习经历对于大学生职业认同的形成及求职结果都起着重要作用,本研究从职业认同的视角,以643名应届大学毕业生为研究对象,针对大学生职业认同、实习经历及求职结果三者之间的关系进行探讨,并验证职业认同对实习经历、求职结果满意度的部分中介作用,研究结果显示:1、大学生职业认同、实习经历、求职结果在人口统计学变量上差异显著 大学生职业认同在生源地区、家庭所在地经济发展水平变量上有显著差异;大学生实习经历在性别、专业、生源地区、家庭所在地经济发展水平上有显著差异;大学生获取录取通知数量上性别差异显著。2、 大学生实习经历显著预测职业认同初次就业的大学生正处于个体职业认同形成和发展的关键时期,大学生实习经历是个体在职业活动中的情绪状态和情感体验,是形成职业认同的重要因素,可以显著预测职业认同。3、 大学生职业认同、实习经历显著预测求职结果职业认同、实习经历对求职结果满意度、获得录取通知数量均具有显著预测作用。4、 大学生职业认同在实习经历与求职结果中间起部分中介作用实习经历不仅直接影响求职结果,即与求职结果满意度、获取录取通知数量显著正相关,而且实习经历还可以通过职业认同间接影响求职结果。

Students professional identity is an important part of career development, job evaluation results as an important indicator of quality of employment for college students career field much attention. The internship experience for students and the formation of professional identity plays an important role in job search results, this study from the perspective of professional identity to 643 university graduates to study, professional identity for college students, internship and job search among the results to explore the relationship between, and verify professional identity of the internship experience, job satisfaction, part of the results of intermediary role, the results show:1, college students professional identity, internship, job search results in a significant difference in demographic variablesStudents professional identity in the students area, the family seat of the economic development level variables were significantly different; students internship in gender, profession, students area, from where the level of economic development were significantly different; students for admission notice number of significant gender differences.2, significant predictors of college students internship professional identityStudents are in the initial employment of individual professional identity formation and the critical period of development, college students internship experience is an individual in the professional activities of the emotional state and emotional experience, is an important factor in the formation of professional identity, professional identity can be a significant predictor.3, college students professional identity, job internship experience were significant predictors of outcomeProfessional identity, the results of practical experiences of job satisfaction, taking the number of notifications received were significant predictors.4, college students experienced professional identity and job training results in a partial mediator betweenInternship experience not only directly affect the job search results, that is, satisfaction with the job search results to get the number of admission notice a significant positive correlation addition, the internship can also indirectly affect the professional identity of job results

 刘艳华北京建筑工程学院学生处副处长,副教授,GCDF(全球职业规划师)、高级职业指导师、KAB讲师。北京市高校就业协会会员、中华职教社会员、北京市毕业生就业促进会会员本科毕业于河海大学人力资源管理专业曾在某企业人力资源部负责大学生的招聘、培训、管理等工作。该同志一直担任大学生职业指导教学和学生发展咨询与辅导工作,作为主要成员参与了包括北京市高等学校教育教学改革立项项目在内的课题近二十项。所主持或参与的课题先后获得全国高校学生工作优秀学术成果二等奖、北京市教学成果二等奖、北京建筑工程学院教学成果一等奖等十余
