职业认同是大学生职业生涯发展的重要内容，求职结果作为评价大学生就业质量的重要指标倍受职业研究领域关注。而实习经历对于大学生职业认同的形成及求职结果都起着重要作用，本研究从职业认同的视角，以643名应届大学毕业生为研究对象，针对大学生职业认同、实习经历及求职结果三者之间的关系进行探讨，并验证职业认同对实习经历、求职结果满意度的部分中介作用，研究结果显示：1、大学生职业认同、实习经历、求职结果在人口统计学变量上差异显著 大学生职业认同在生源地区、家庭所在地经济发展水平变量上有显著差异；大学生实习经历在性别、专业、生源地区、家庭所在地经济发展水平上有显著差异；大学生获取录取通知数量上性别差异显著。2、 大学生实习经历显著预测职业认同初次就业的大学生正处于个体职业认同形成和发展的关键时期，大学生实习经历是个体在职业活动中的情绪状态和情感体验，是形成职业认同的重要因素，可以显著预测职业认同。3、 大学生职业认同、实习经历显著预测求职结果职业认同、实习经历对求职结果满意度、获得录取通知数量均具有显著预测作用。4、 大学生职业认同在实习经历与求职结果中间起部分中介作用实习经历不仅直接影响求职结果，即与求职结果满意度、获取录取通知数量显著正相关，而且实习经历还可以通过职业认同间接影响求职结果。
