After Mo Yan's novel “frog” won the Nobel prize for literature in 2012, Mo Yan and his works have attracted wide attention all over the world, so many of his works have been translated into different languages in the world, including Korea. Before that, Mo Yan's widely known work in Korea was the Red Sorghum family. After the appearance of the frog's translation, it has attracted wide readers' praise. This article takes Mo Yan's novel frog as an example and analyzes its dissemination and acceptance in Korea. Such an analysis can give us a better understanding of the acceptance of Mo Yan's novels abroad.
