目前,我国正面临着碳达峰、碳中和目标的巨大挑战,控制能源消耗和碳排放量、提高能源效率十分重要。工业作为国家经济的支柱产业,其能源消耗量大、能源效率较低,因此,本研究从工业行业着手,研究其行业内部结构特征,以探索提高我国综合能源效率的方法措施。本研究中将我国工业划分为41个子行业,基于2019年的经济产出和能源消耗统计数据,计算全国与21个目标城市的各工业行业能源效率,并通过距离指数将其进行对比分析,研究我国城市行业结构特征,分析其能源效率差异的原因,以获得旨在提高我国综合能源效率的差异化管理的理论依据。最后,运用聚类分析按照“距离指数”“经济贡献率”对研究城市进行分类,并对各类城市工业发展提出建议。

At present, China is facing the huge challenge of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality. It is very important to control energy consumption and carbon emissions and improve energy efficiency. As a pillar industry of the national economy, industry has high energy consumption and low energy efficiency. Therefore, this study starts with the industrial industry and studies its internal structure characteristics to explore methods and measures to improve China's comprehensive energy efficiency. In this study, the industry is divided into 41 sub-sectors. Based on the statistical data of economic output and energy consumption in 2019, the energy efficiency of various industrial sectors in the country and 21 target cities is calculated, and the distance index is used to compare and analyze them. Urban industry structure and regional distribution characteristics to obtain a theoretical basis for differentiated management aimed at improving the comprehensive energy efficiency. Finally, cluster analysis is used to classify the cities according to the "distance index" and "economic contribution rate", and to make suggestions for the industrial development of various cities.
