近年来，我国流动妇女的规模逐渐增大，经济压力较大、职业发展机会少、心理焦虑、家庭关系紧张以及女性特有的生育问题在这一流动群体中凸显。针对这些困境，社会工作者开展了一系列干预，但大多要解决一些具体问题，很少关注流动妇女意识的觉醒和观念的改变。戏剧疗法作为一种成长、赋能性疗法，应用在农村流动妇女社会工作服务过程中能够促进服务对象的自我觉醒和成长。同时，社会工作小组中资源的链接和小组的动力也改善了农村流动妇女的社会支持。将戏剧疗法运用在社会工作领域中还是一种新的实践，但相关研究还比较欠缺。本文探究如何将戏剧疗法应用于农村流动妇女的社会工作中，以及戏剧疗法在社会工作中的应用对农村流动妇女带来了何种影响。 北京市M社工机构通过组织流动妇女开展戏剧创作活动，将戏剧疗法和社会工作小组结合起来为社区内农村流动妇女开展社会工作服务。本研究运用质性研究的方法，借助焦点小组访谈和参与式观察收集资料，考察M机构农村流动妇女戏剧小组的实施过程和小组成员的互动过程，分析戏剧小组对流动妇女的影响和作用。研究发现M机构戏剧小组的介入路径可分为两个层面：第一，在微观层面，通过鼓励小组成员分享个人生命经历、培训组员的台词功底和表演技能、调动组员的情感来实现农村流动妇女个体观念与意识的改变；第二，在宏观层面，通过舞台呈现以及媒体宣传来带来社会影响。戏剧疗法提升了农村流动妇女的自我认同感和自信心，有助于构建流动妇女非正式社会支持网络，并在社会上为农村流动妇女提供了发声的渠道，提高了社会对该群体的关注度。然而，戏剧疗法应用于农村流动妇女社会工作中也存在经费不足、需要较多外部支持等挑战。因此，应当推广戏剧疗法在社会工作中的应用，给予其充足的资金支持、政策支持以及培养专业人才的支持。

In recent years, the size of migrant women in China has gradually increased, economic pressures, less career development opportunities, psychological anxiety, family tensions and women's unique fertility problems have become prominent in this group. In response to these dilemmas, social workers have carried out a series of interventions, but most of them solved some specific problems, and rarely pay attention to the awakening of migrant women's consciousness and the change of mind. As a kind of growth and empowerment therapy, drama therapy can promote the self-awareness and growth of the client in the process of rural migrant women's social work service. At the same time, the links to resources in the social work group and the motivation of the group have also improved the social support of rural migrant women. The application of drama therapy in the field of social work is still a new practice, and related research is also lacking. This article will explore how drama therapy can be applied to the social work of rural migrant women and the impact of art and social work on rural migrant women. The M organization in Beijing organized migrant women's drama creation activities, and combines drama therapy and social work groups to provide social work services for rural migrant women in the community. This study uses qualitative research methods to collect data through focus group interviews and participatory observations. It examines the implementation process of drama group in M organization and the interaction process of group members, and analyzes the influence and role of drama groups on migrant women. The study found that the intervention path of the drama group of M institution can be divided into two levels: First, at the micro level, rural groups can be realized by encouraging group members to share their personal life experiences, training their line skills and performance skills, and mobilize the members' emotions,furthering the change of attitudes and consciousness of migrant women. Secondly, at the macro level, through the stage presentation and media propaganda to achieve the impact on society. In the application process of rural migrant women's social work, drama therapy has a positive impact on improving the self-identity and self-confidence,building a social support network, and provides a channel for vocalization for rural migrant women in society,increasing social attention to the group. However, there are also challenges in the application of drama therapy in the social work of rural migrant women, including insufficient funding, limited time for clients, and goal games between art experts and social workers. Therefore, the application of drama therapy in social work should be promoted, with adequate financial support, policy support, and support for professional talents.
