本文通过分析我国在村民选举权救济制度中现存的问题，在理论上推动村民选举权救济制度进一步完善，从而在实践中推进基层自治民主法治化进程，为实现乡村振兴战略，推动我国治理水平和治理能力现代化增添力量。本文围绕我国基层民主实践，采用法社会学研究方法，进行了一系列的文献、案例和实证等方面的研究，运用宪法行政法相关理论，探讨提出较为完善的解决方案和建议。

本文从分析选举权以及选举权救济制度的定义、性质、结构等形式逻辑方面入手，结合选举权制度发展的历史背景，从立法层面上制度欠缺、执法层面运行不规范、司法层面救济渠道悬空、守法层面村民维权意识淡薄等方面，分析了我国村民选举权救济制度存在的问题，并从经济、政治、社会文化等方面分析了问题产生的原因。在此基础上论文探讨了推动村民选举权救济的有效途径：以党的领导为指引，综合科学立法、严格执法、公正执法司法、提升民众维权水平和意识等措施，因地制宜地推动救济制度的完善。 |

This paper analyzes the existing problems in the villager election system in our country, and promotes the further improvement of the villager voting rights relief system in theory, so as to promote the process of grassroots self-governance, democracy and the rule of law in practice. Modernization adds strength. Focusing on the democratic practice at the grass-roots level in our country, this paper adopts the research method of sociology of law, and conducts a series of literature, case and empirical research, and uses the relevant theories of constitutional administrative law to discuss and propose relatively complete solutions and suggestions. This article starts from analyzing the formal logic of the right to vote and the definition, nature, structure and other aspects of the suffrage system, combined with the historical background of the development of the suffrage system, from the legislative level, the lack of the system, the irregular operation of the law enforcement level, the vacant relief channel at the judicial level, and the villagers at the law-abiding level. From the aspects of weak awareness of rights protection, etc., this paper analyzes the problems existing in the villagers' voting rights relief system in our country, and analyzes the reasons for the problems from the aspects of economy, politics, social culture and so on. On this basis, the paper discusses the effective ways to promote the relief of villagers' suffrage: guided by the leadership of the CPC, comprehensive scientific legislation, strict law enforcement, impartial law enforcement and judicial enforcement, and raising the level and awareness of people's rights protection, promote the improvement of the relief system according to local conditions.
