目的:针对反刍思维线上产品干预的设计研究探索,建立青年群体反刍思维的重复干预模式,并评估干预效果。
研究方法:72名18-30岁的大学、研究生学历群体,分为实验组和对照组,并在各组内均分反刍思维高分和低分组,且男女各半。整体研究分三部分:初次问卷共回收252份,并筛选72名被试参与研究,后邀约其中12名参与访谈。实验采用了盲查填调查问卷研究,后干预调查问卷分析的实验研究模式,实验随机分组,进行针对自主和成功的研发及干预产品原型进行量表、注意脱离损坏、注意转换代价的相关情况评估后实施的干预产品效果的分析或探究,之后再分组抽样选取受试者回访,采用了随机配对检验和进行随机独立样本t检验、方差分析和进行相关统计学分析。
结果:通过重复测量比较实验干预不同时段的实验组与对照组、反刍思维得分高分组与低分组、男性与女性在《反刍思维量表中文版(RRS-CV)》(rumination response scale Chinese version, RRS)、《简体中文版事件相关问题反刍性沉思问卷(Chinese Event Related Rumination Inventory, C-ERRI)、PAD情感三维模型:愉悦度(Pleasure)、激活度(Arousal)、优势度(Dominance)、积极情感-消极情感量表模型(Positive and Negative Affect Schedule, PANAS),四个量表得分上的差异性检验。证明产品干预设计的有效性在反刍思维、情绪、注意偏向上均进行有效干预,且高分组显著程度优于低分组,男性优于女性。
结论:以认知训练和解离法为指引,以交互设计方式进行表达性写作以及故事改编的干预产品,可以有效缓解消极反刍思维和负面情绪,以及注意偏向的改善。

Objective: The study aims to explore the design and research of interventions for rumination thinking patterns, establish a repetitive intervention model for rumination thinking in the young adult population, and assess the effectiveness of the intervention.
Research Method: A total of 72 participants, aged 18-30, with university and graduate education backgrounds, were divided into an experimental group and a control group. Within each group, participants were further divided into high-scoring and low-scoring rumination thinking subgroups, with an equal distribution of male and female participants. The overall research consisted of three parts: an initial survey collected 252 responses, from which 72 participants were selected for the study, and 12 of them were invited for interviews. The experiment used a blind-fill survey research design, followed by an analysis of intervention survey questionnaires. The experiment involved random group allocation and the assessment of the effectiveness of intervention products after evaluating measures such as scale, impaired attention disengagement, and attention switch costs in the context of self-development and success. Subsequently, participants were revisited after further group sampling, and random paired tests, random independent sample t-tests, analysis of variance, and other statistical analyses were performed.
Results: Through repeated measurements, the comparative experiments intervened at different time points, comparing the experimental group with the control group, the high-scoring group with rumination thinking and the low-scoring group, and males and females in the Chinese version of the Rumination Response Scale (RRS-CV), the Chinese Simplified Version of the Event-Related Rumination Inventory (C-ERRI), the PAD emotional three-dimensional model: Pleasure, Arousal, Dominance, and the Positive and Negative Affect Schedule (PANAS). Differences in scores on these four scales were tested. Proof of the effectiveness of product intervention in design is demonstrated through effective interventions in ruminative thinking, emotions, and attention bias and the high-scoring group significantly outperforms the low-scoring group, with males performing better than females.
Conclusion: Guided by cognitive training and dissociation, intervention products incorporating expressive writing and narrative adaptation through interactive design can effectively alleviate negative rumination and negative emotions, as well as improve attention biases.
