帆船运动是一项新兴的水上运动项目，它是一种充满了竞技性、娱乐性以及挑战性于一体的体育运动。它以自身的魅力吸引了众多粉丝，帆船运动不仅可以强健学生身体，也可以增强学生的心理素质，符合目前大力倡导的“终身体育”“健康第一”及素质教育对于高校体育教育的要求。本文在资源动员理论基础上，综合运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法，对珠海市的相应专家及五所高校的20名教师、五百名学生进行高校开展帆船运动课程的可行性研究问卷调查，分析和探索珠海市高校开展帆船运动课程的必要性、可行性、开展帆船运动课程存在的问题，并给出相应的建议和解决方案。现研究结论如下：

     （1）帆船运动课程可以带领学生走出校园走入自然，在自然环境中挑战自我战胜自我，增强学生的心理品质以及抗压能力。通过帆船训练也可以使大学生拥有强健的体魄，达到“健康第一”的目标，并且能够促进大学生终身体育意识的养成，符合体育教学要求有利于珠海市帆船运动普及，因此开设该课程十分有必要。

     （2）十八大报告中也明确提出“要建设海洋强国的战略目标”，当然为了完成这个目标沿海各大高校也肩负着非常重要的使命,2017年珠海市新增“帆船帆板之都”的美称。2018年习近平总书记在十九大报告中指出：要以“一带一路”建设为重点，坚持引进来走出去并重。而在“一带一路”的推行中大湾区（港澳粤）是一个很重要的载体，珠海有着开展帆船帆板运动的天然海洋优势，在目前国家相关产业体系不断健全和完善的大背景下，珠海更应该趁势而上，通过高校帆船运动课程的开展为自己打造一张亮丽的名片。除了以上的优势之外，珠海市还有着浓厚的体育氛围以及高校大学生的支持这也证明了珠海市高校开展帆船运动课程的可行性。

     （3）当然珠海市开展帆船运动课程也存在着不少的问题，就现在而言，无论是师资、场地、资金、时间还是安全问题，都给帆船运动课程的开展增加了难度。

     （4）珠海市高校开展帆船运动课程，可以拓展学生体育运动的领域，能够增加帆船行业收益，更好的打造珠海市“百岛千帆”的新名片。

     （5）帆船运动课程开展符合高校体育发展要求，顺应高校体育改革，有利于珠海市帆船运动普及。

Sailing is one of the water sports, a sport that combines skills, entertainment and adventure. Its own charm is conducive to the exercise of students' physical quality, will quality and hard work, in line with the current "sunshine sports", "health first" and quality education requirements for college physical education. On the basis of the resource mobilization theory, this paper comprehensively uses the literature method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method and other research methods to conduct the sailing course for the corresponding experts in Zhuhai City and 100 teachers and 500 students from five universities. The feasibility analysis questionnaire survey, analysis and exploration of the necessity and feasibility of the sailing course in colleges and universities in Zhuhai, and the problems existing in the sailing course, and give corresponding suggestions and solutions. The conclusions of the study are as follows:

(1) The sailing course is in line with the characteristics of contemporary college students' physiological and psychological development, which can satisfy the students' desire to go to nature, challenge themselves and realize self-worth. Through sailing training, college students have a strong body, achieve the goal of "health first", and can promote the development of college students' lifelong sports awareness. In line with the requirements of physical education, it is beneficial to the popularization of sailing in Zhuhai City. Therefore, it is necessary to open this course.

(2) The report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China also clearly stated that “the strategic goal of building a maritime power will be established”. Of course, in order to accomplish this goal, the major universities along the coast also shoulder a very important mission. In 2017, Zhuhai City added “the capital of sailing and windsurfing”. "The name of the." In 2018, General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in the report of the 19th National Congress that it is necessary to focus on the construction of the “Belt and Road” and insist on introducing and going out. In the implementation of “One Belt, One Road”, Dawan District (Hong Kong, Macao and Guangdong) is a very important carrier. Zhuhai has the natural marine advantage of sailing and windsurfing. Under the background of the current sound and perfect national industrial system, Zhuhai should take advantage of the trend and create a beautiful business card for yourself through the development of sailing courses in colleges and universities. In addition to the above advantages, Zhuhai City also has a strong sports atmosphere and the support of college students. This also proves the feasibility of sailing courses in Zhuhai City.

(3)  Of course, there are still many problems in the sailing course in Zhuhai City. For now, whether it is teachers, venues, funds, time or safety issues, it has made it difficult to develop sailing courses.

(4) The development of sailing courses in colleges and universities in Zhuhai can expand the field of student sports, increase the income of the sailing industry, and better create a new business card for “Hundreds of Thousand Islands” in Zhuhai City.

(5) The development of sailing courses meets the requirements of college sports development and conforms to the reform of college sports, which is conducive to the popularization  of  sailing  in  Zhuhai.
