本文基于2009年首都大学生成长跟踪调查数据,针对大学生的一般自我效能感、自尊水平以及其学业成绩的基本概况、三者间的关系进行了定量分析。结果发现:(1)大学生的一般自我效能感存在显著性别差异,年级差异;自尊水平不存在显著的性别差异和年级差异;学业成绩存在显著性别差异。(2)自尊水平、一般自我效能感和学业成绩都存在显著相关关系;自尊水平和一般自我效能感之间也存在显著相关关系。(3)学业成绩等级不同的大学生其自尊、一般自我效能感存在显著差异;(4)学业成绩对于大学生一般自我效能感和自尊水平有显著预测作用。(5)一般自我效能感在自尊对学业成绩的影响中不存在中介效应。
外文摘要:
This dissertation analyses how college students’ general self-efficacy and self-esteem affect their study performance and how general self-efficacy and self-esteem interact with each other based on the data from tracking-survey of college students from Beijing in 2009. The result indicates:(1) Gender and grade play significant roles in college students’ general self-efficacy; Gender also plays a significant role in college students’ study performance; (2) Both self-efficacy and self-esteem have significant positive relationship with students’ study performance; there is also a significant linear correlation between Self-efficacy and Self-esteem. (3)Students whose study performance belongs to different levels show significant difference in both self esteem and general self-efficacy; (4) College students’ study performance has significant linear relationship with self-esteem and self-efficacy; (5)General self-efficacy doesn’t play an intermediary role on how self-esteem influences students’ study performance.
