混合式学习,人们对在线学习的一种反思,被认为是一种新的传统教学模式。在外语教学领域,调查研究学生需求的分析重要程度和医生了解病人病情为其开处方不相上下。为了调查英语专业学生混合式线上学习的个人需求,该研究以需求分析理论为框架,采用问卷调查和访谈相结合的方法对 112 名英语专业学生进行调查。结果显示,英语专业学生在混合式线上学习中的个人需求有以下三个方面:其一,引起兴趣,及时反馈;其二,任然以讲授法为主,换言之,学生热衷于听教师讲课;其三,适量安排学习任务和合理安排学习时间。本研究指出,在线上英语教学时,教师应注重引起学生们的兴趣,启发学生多元思维,合理安排线上教学实践,减少学生负担。

外文摘要:

Blended learning, a kind of people's reflection on online learning, is considered as a new traditional teaching model. In the field of foreign language teaching, investigation and analysis of students' needs are as important as doctors' understanding of patients' conditions and prescribing them. In order to investigate the individual learning needs of blended online learning of English majors, this study follows the theory of needs analysis as the framework, and adopts the method of questionnaire survey and interview to survey 112 English majors. The results suggest that the individual needs of English majors in blended online learning include the following three aspects: First, to be aroused learning interest and given timely feedback; Secondly, to listen to lectures remains the same, in other words, students are still keen on listening to lecturers; Third, to have appropriate  learning tasks and arrange learning time reasonably. The study shows that teachers should pay attention to arousing students' interest during online learning, inspiring students' diversified thinking, reasonably arranging online teaching practice, and reducing students' burden.
