党的十八大以来，以习近平同志为核心的党中央，围绕生态经济问题，提出了一系列新理念新思想，形成了内涵丰富的新时代中国特色社会主义生态经济理论。该理论是习近平生态文明思想和新发展理念在生态经济领域的具体化，是马克思主义生态经济理论中国化的新成果。对其进行研究对于推进中国特色社会主义理论的发展和完善、建设人与自然和谐共生的现代化等具有重要的理论和现实意义。 本文以马克思主义理论为基础，围绕习近平总书记关于生态经济的重要论述，使用文献研究法、辩证唯物主义研究法以及计量分析等多种研究方法，对新时代中国特色社会主义生态经济理论的主要内容进行了系统梳理和总结，在此基础上，对其理论来源和实践来源进行了深入挖掘分析，同时紧密结合国内外生态经济实践，对其理论和实践意义进行了探讨。通过对新时代中国特色社会主义生态经济理论的主要内容、来源、意义这三个方面 的分析，论证了其作为当代马克思主义生态经济理论中国化新成果的科学性和强大生命力。 本文共由九章构成：第一章，导论，主要介绍了研究背景、意义、现状、思路、方法、创新及不足等。 第二章，围绕习近平总书记关于生态经济的重要论述，对新时代中国特色社会主义生态经济理论的主要内容进行了系统梳理。研究认为：新时代中国特色社会主义生态经济理论的主要内容包括良好生态环境是民生福祉思想、人与自然和谐共生思想、良好生态环境就是生产力思想、绿水青山就是金山银山理念、绿色发展理念、生态经济系统治理思想、生态经济严密法制思想以及全球共建清洁美丽世界思想等方面。 第三章，通过对马克思、恩格斯关于生态经济的思想进行挖掘和梳理，分析了新时代中国特色社会主义生态经济理论的马克思主义理论来源。研究认为：马克思、恩格斯关于 人与自然的关系思想、自然生产力理论、物质变换理论、可持续性发展思想等是与生态经济相关的重要内容。他们在这些思想中系统的阐述了生态经济问题产生的原因、解决的途 径以及发展方向，对于当代生态经济发展具有重要启示。 第四章，紧密结合新中国成立以来我国经济社会发展历程，分析了新时代中国特色社会主义生态经济理论的实践来源。研究认为：新时代中国特色社会主义生态经济理论是我们党在总结国内外经济建设和生态环境保护相关实践经验的基础上，立足于新时代生态环境保护和经济发展的实践要求而形成的，体现着对未来生态经济发展实践方向的科学把握。 第五章，探讨了新时代中国特色社会主义生态经济理论的中华文化来源，以及该理论对西方生态理念中有益成分的借鉴。研究认为：新时代中国特色社会主义生态经济理论吸收和发展了中华优秀传统生态经济思想，例如天人合一、道法自然，对自然取之有度、用之有节，生态经济管理制度思想等；它还借鉴了西方生态理念中的有益成分，例如可持续发展思想、生态马克思主义、西方生态经济思想中的有益成分。 第六章，探讨了新时代中国特色社会主义生态经济理论对马克思主义理论的丰富和发展。研究认为：新时代中国特色社会主义生态经济理论丰富和发展了马克思主义关于坚守人民立场的思想、关于人与自然关系的思想、关于自然生产力的理论、关于生产力发展的 理论、关于社会主义制度的思想、关于全球化的理论等，具有重要理论创新意义。 第七章，探讨了新时代中国特色社会主义生态经济理论对我国实践的指导。研究认为： 该理论以增进民生福祉为出发点和落脚点，以实现人与自然和谐共生为目标，为我国生态经济发展确立了正确的价值目标。它指引我们树立“绿水青山就是金山银山”正确发展思路，明确了绿色发展是化解我国生态经济矛盾的根本之策，并为全面推动绿色发展指明了实践路径。在其指引下，我国生态经济建设不断取得新成就，绿色低碳发展助力我国朝着碳达峰碳中和战略目标坚定迈进，为全球生态环境治理和可持续发展贡献了重要力量。以该理论为指导发展生态经济，对于当下推进乡村振兴、共同富裕等战略实施具有重要意义。 第八章，分析了新时代中国特色社会主义生态经济理论的全球视野，并结合实践探讨 了其世界意义。研究认为：新时代中国特色社会主义生态经济理论蕴含宽广的国际视野和人类情怀。该理论及其实践，为人类认识和处理生态环境保护与经济发展关系问题提供了有益理论启示，为推动全球生态环境治理和可持续发展做出了积极实践示范，为推动人类社会向生态文明转型提供了方向引领。 第九章，结论，对各章研究结果进行了概括总结以及对未来研究提出展望。 通过理论与实践相结合的研究，本文得出：新时代中国特色社会主义生态经济理论是马克思主义关于生态经济理论中国化时代化的新成果。它丰富和发展了马克思主义生态经济思想，吸收和发展了中华优秀传统生态经济思想，借鉴了西方生态经济理念中的有益成 分。它为正确认识和处理生态与经济的关系提供了科学的理念支撑和方法路径指引，在指引中国特色生态经济建设的同时，推动了全球生态环境治理和可持续发展。实践证明该理论具有强大的生命力。

Since the 18th national congress of the communist party of China (CPC), the CPC central committee with comrade Xi Jinping at its core has made rich discussions on ecological economy. It included a series of new ideas and thoughts, which has formed the ecological economy theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era. It is the concrete embodiment of Xi Jinping’s thought on eco-civilization and new concept for development in the field of ecological economy and the latest theoretical achievement of the Sinicization of Marxism thought on ecological economy. The study of it has important theoretical and practical significance for the continuous development and improvement of the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics and building the modernization of the harmonious coexistence between humanity and nature. Based on the theory of Marxism, focusing on general secretary Xi Jinping's important exposition on ecological economy, using various research methods, such as literature review, dialectical materialism, econometric analysis etc. This paper makes a systematic review of the main contents of ecological economy theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, and an in-depth study of its theoretical and practical sources and value significance. This paper comprehensively demonstrates its scientific nature and strong vitality as the latest achievement of contemporary Chinese Marxism ecological economy thought. This paper consists of nine chapters: Chapter one is introduction, it mainly introduces the research background, significance, current situation, ideas, methods, innovations and shortcomings. Chapter two focuses on general secretary Xi Jinping's important exposition on ecological economy, makes a systematic analysis of the main contents of ecological economy theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era. The research shows that the main contents of this theory include the idea of good eco-environment is people's well-being, the idea of harmonious coexistence between humanity and nature, the idea of good eco-environment is productive forces, the idea of lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets, the concept of green development, the idea of ecological economy systematic governance, the idea of strict legal system of ecological economy and the idea of building a clean and beautiful world etc. Chapter three analyzes the Marxism theoretical source of ecological economy theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era by deeply excavates and combs the thoughts of Marx and Engels on ecological economy. Green and low-carbon development is helping our country move towards the strategic goal of peak carbon dioxide emissions and carbon neutrality, and made important contributions to promoting global environmental governance and sustainable development. The development of ecological economy under the guidance of this theory has great significance for promoting the implementation of strategies such as rural revitalization and common prosperity. Chapter eight analyzes the international vision of the ecological economy theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, and explores its world significance. Chapter nine is conclusion. This chapter summarizes the research results of each chapter and puts forward the prospect of future research. Through the study of the combination of theory and practice, this paper concludes that, the ecological economy theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era is new achievement of the Sinicization and modernization of Marxism thought on ecological economy. It enriches and develops Marxism ecological economy thoughts, absorbs and develops excellent traditional Chinese ecological economic thoughts, draws on beneficial elements from Western ecological economic concepts. It provides scientific concept support and method path guidance for correctly understanding and handling the relationship between ecology and economy，which guides the ecological economic construction with Chinese characteristics, and promotes the global eco-environment governance and sustainable development.
