人力资本作为地区经济发展与社会进步的重要推动力量,正受到越来越多的关注。对人力资本水平进行量化且科学的测度,是开展后续相关研究的基础。本文以我国31个省(市、自治区)为研究对象,选取了每十万人口高等教育平均在校生数、卫生人员数、R&D人员全时当量等10个与人力资本水平密切相关的指标,运用因子分析法进行信息浓缩与,最终得出3个公共因子,并计算各省的综合因子得分,对2018年我国各省的人力资本水平进行测度与比较。此外,本研究还利用聚类分析法,根据上述因子分析的结果将我国31个省(市、自治区)分为五类地区,对我国各省的人力资本水平进行进一步探讨和分析。

As an important driving force of economic and social development, human capital is now attracting more and more attention. Based on 31 provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) in China as the research object, this paper selects 10 index, which is closely related to the level of human capital, such as the per thousand population average number of students of higher education, the number of health personnel, the R&D personnel of full-time. Using the factor analysis method, finally it is concluded that there are three public factors, and calculate the comprehensive score of the provinces in China in 2018 to measure human capital level. This paper also uses cluster analysis method to divide 31 provinces (cities, autonomous regions) into five regions according to the above results, and then discusses and compares the human capital level of each province in China. |
