中华民族共同体意识，作为一种深刻的社会意识，不仅是一种各民族情感的联结，还是对中华民族历史与文化的认同，更体现为一种对党和国家事业发展的政治认同。中华民族共同体意识超越了地域和民族的界限，将中华各民族紧密地团结在一起，共同面对挑战，追求共同发展，是国家统一之基、民族团结之本、精神力量之魂。党的十八大以来，在坚持马克思主义科学理论指导下，中国共产党人深刻认识到民族问题的复杂性和重要性，始终将马克思主义关于民族和共同体的理论同中国民族工作的具体实际相结合，并汲取中华优秀传统文化智慧，以习近平同志为核心的党中央立足于新时代中国特色社会主义发展实际，统筹中华民族共同体和人类命运共同体“两个共同体”建设，提出铸牢中华民族共同体意识，并将“铸牢中华民族共同体意识”正式写入党章和宪法。中华民族共同体意识强调各民族之间的团结、互助和合作，共同维护国家的统一和繁荣发展，开展其培育意义重大、影响深远。鉴于此，本研究对中华民族共同体意识培育开展学理与实践研究。

本研究将遵循“概念解读与战略要义-理论根基、历史发展与现实基础-内容体系-现实境遇-推进路径”这一研究进路来深入系统开展中华民族共同体意识培育研究，通过系统的理论分析，揭示中华民族共同体意识培育的内在逻辑和有效路径。

开展中华民族共同体意识培育研究必须首先明确相关概念、战略要义、理论根基、历史发展和现实基础。从相关概念上看，必须充分把握中华民族、共同体、中华民族共同体、中华民族共同体意识等核心概念。从战略要义上看，必须充分认识到中华民族共同体意识培育具有非常突出的重要性，其是引导各民族坚定不移跟党走的必然要求、增强各民族命运与共的情感认同、实现各民族共同团结奋斗的重要抓手；也必须充分认识到中华民族共同体意识培育具有非常突出的必要性，其是维护我国意识形态领域安全的有力保证、彰显处理民族问题时中国智慧的深厚底气、占据激烈国际竞争主动地位的必要举措。从理论根基上，必须坚持马克思主义科学理论指导，尤其是马克思主义关于民族与共同体理论为指导，同时也有必要充分吸收借鉴中华优秀传统文化关于“大一统”的思想资源。从历史发展看，中国共产党领导下的中华民族共同体意识培育经历了新民主义革命时期、社会主义革命和建设时期、改革开放与社会主义现代化建设时期、中国特色社会主义新时代等四个发展阶段并呈现阶段特征。从现实基础看，中华民族共同体意识培育有着独特的自然框架、物质基础与情感基础。

中华民族共同体意识培育是一项系统性工程，不能对其进行碎片化培育或敲碎补零的调整，必须坚持系统化的培育思维，遵循科学的培育规律。要明确中华民族共同体意识培育内容体系的要素性构成、层次性构成和生成性构成。从要素性构成上看，要聚焦对伟大祖国的认同、对中华民族的认同、对中华文化的认同、对中国共产党的认同、对中国特色社会主义的认同；从层次性构成上看，要以身份认同为基础、以历史认同为关键、以文化认同为核心、以政治认同为根本；从生成性构成看，要以共生意识生成为起点、以共建意识生成为中心、共享意识生成为旨归。但与此同时，中华民族共同体意识培育也面临着国家安全领域、区域发展不平衡、狭隘中华文化、族际界限分明的挑战，同时也存在着一些不足与及背后的阻滞因素。

面对新时代、新机遇、新挑战，深入推进中华民族共同体意识培育，必须坚持“大培育观”，系统推进、多维发力。这种“大培育观”集中表现在：坚持党的领导核心地位；坚持以人民为中心发展经济；坚持建设各民族共同的精神家园；坚持中华民族共同体意识宣传教育常态化；坚持构建程序完备的民族事务法律治理体系；构建中华民族共同体意识培育的长效机制。唯有如此，才能精准地把握中华民族共同体意识培育过程中各个因素的内在联系。这些联系如同一根无形的纽带，将中华民族的历史、文化、传统和现代紧密地连接在一起，形成一幅幅绚丽多彩的画卷。每一环节都紧紧相扣，每一环节都紧密相连，共同构成了中华民族共同体意识培育的完整链条。每一步的迈进，都是对中华民族共同体意识的深化和拓展，都是对中华民族共同体的巩固和升华，并将各族人民的力量汇聚成一股强大的合力，推动中华民族共同体意识的不断发展和提升。这种合力不仅体现在每个人的思想和行动上，更体现在整个民族的精神风貌和文化底蕴中。只有这样才能汇聚合力，真正打造出一个具有强大凝聚力和向心力的中华民族共同体，不仅能够增强各民族对国家的认同感和归属感，还能够促进各民族之间的交流与融合，增进民族团结，减少民族隔阂与冲突，营造和谐稳定的社会氛围，为国家的长治久安提供有力保障，凝聚起实现强国建设与民族复兴的磅礴力量。

The sense of Community for the Chinese Nation, as a profound societal awareness, transcends regional and ethnic boundaries. It serves not only as an emotional bond among diverse ethnic groups but also embodies their recognition of China's historical heritage and cultural identity. Moreover, it manifests as a profound political endorsement of China's development endeavors under the leadership of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and the Central Government. This sense tightly unites the Chinese people, fostering collective resilience in confronting challenges and striving for shared prosperity. It constitutes the very foundation of national unity, the bedrock of ethnic harmony, and the spiritual essence that animates the nation. Since the 18th CPC National Congress, under the guidance of Marxist theory, CPC has acutely recognized the intricacy and significance of ethnic issues. Holding steadfast to the tenets of Marxism concerning ethnicity and communal solidarity, CPC has harmoniously integrated these principles with the specific realities of China's ethnic affairs. Drawing upon the wisdom of China's rich cultural legacy, CPC Central Committee, with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core, has, in light of the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics, concurrently advanced the construction of both the Community for the Chinese Nation and the Community with a Shared Future for Mankind. This has led to the formal enshrinement of "forging a strong sense of Community for the Chinese Nation" within the Constitution of Communist Party of China and the Constitution of the People's Republic of China. The cultivation of this sense, emphasizing unity, mutual assistance, and collaboration among all ethnicities, is vital for safeguarding national unity and propelling shared prosperity, hence warranting extensive and profound scholarly investigation and research.

This study will systematically delve into the cultivation of the sense of Community for the Chinese Nation through a comprehensive research trajectory encompassing: conceptual interpretation and strategic essence-theoretical foundations, historical development, and contemporary context -content framework - current milieu -pathways for advancing relevant endeavors, thus ultimately revealing the inherent logic and efficacious pathways for its nurturing.

Preliminary to any rigorous investigation, clarity must be attained regarding key concepts, strategic significance, theoretical underpinnings, historical progression, and existing conditions. In terms of concepts, a thorough understanding is required of central notions such as the Chinese Nation, community, Community for the Chinese Nation, and the sense of Community for the Chinese Nation. From a strategic perspective, the paramount importance of cultivating this sense must be acknowledged. It is an indispensable prerequisite for steadfastly aligning all ethnic groups with CPC's guidance, fostering a deep emotional consensus on shared destiny, and serving as a pivotal instrument for concerted efforts and joint progress. Equally crucial is recognizing its compelling necessity, as it constitutes a robust guarantor of ideological security, a powerful testament to China's indigenous wisdom in addressing ethnic matters, and a strategic move to assert dominance in intensifying international competition. In terms of theoretical foundations, this study upholds the guidance of Marxist theory, particularly its tenets on ethnicity and communal solidarity, while also diligently absorbing and learning from the time-honored Chinese philosophical tradition of "Great Unity," which offers invaluable intellectual resources. Historically, the cultivation of the sense of Community for the Chinese Nation under the leadership of CPC has evolved through four distinct phases: the period of the New Democratic Revolution, the era of socialist revolution and construction, the period of reform and opening-up, and socialist modernization, each marked by unique characteristics. As for the contemporary context, the cultivation of this sense is underpinned by a distinctive natural framework, material foundations, and emotive undercurrents.

The cultivation of the sense of Community for the Chinese Nation is a systematic endeavor, precluding any piecemeal or patchwork approach. It necessitates adherence to a systemic thought process and compliance with the established principles of sound cultivation. To this end, the content framework for this sense must be explicated in terms of its elemental composition, hierarchical structure, and generative aspects. From an elemental perspective, emphasis should be placed on the recognition of the Great Motherland, the Chinese Nation, the Chinese culture, the Communist Party of China, and the path of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics. In terms of hierarchical structure, the foundation rests upon identity recognition, with historical recognition as the critical juncture, cultural recognition as the nucleus, and political recognition as the fundamental tenet. Regarding generative aspects, the cultivation commences with the fostering of a sense of symbiosis, revolves around the cultivation of a spirit of joint contribution, and culminates in the nurturing of a shared consciousness. Simultaneously, the cultivation of the sense of Community for the Chinese Nation confronts challenges in domains such as national security, regional developmental disparities, insular understandings of Chinese culture, and stark ethnic demarcations, alongside certain inadequacies and obstructive factors.

In the face of new eras, new opportunities, and new challenges, the in-depth promotion of the sense of Community for the Chinese Nation necessitates the adoption of a holistic "Grand Cultivation Perspective," characterized by systematic progression and multidimensional exertion. This perspective is embodied in the unwavering commitment to CPC's central leadership, the people-centric approach to economic development, the concerted effort to build a shared spiritual homeland for all ethnic groups, the institutionalization of regular education and publicity on the sense of Community for the Chinese Nation, and the establishment of a comprehensive legal governance system for ethnic affairs. It further entails the formulation of enduring mechanisms to cultivate this sense. Only by doing so can we precisely discern the intrinsic connections between various factors in the cultivation process. These connections function like an intangible thread, weaving together the Chinese Nation's history, culture, traditions, and modernity into a vivid tapestry of resplendent hues. Each link interlocks tightly, and every stage interconnects seamlessly, forming an indivisible chain in the cultivation of the sense of Community for the Chinese Nation. Each step forward represents a deepening and broadening of this sense, serving as a consolidation and elevation of the spiritual bond that unites the diverse ethnicities within the Chinese Nation. It is through these advancements that the collective strength of all ethnic peoples is fused into a formidable force, driving the continuous evolution and augmentation of the sense of Community for the Chinese Nation. Collectively, this synergy manifests not only in individual thoughts and actions but also permeates the broader national spirit and cultural fabric. Such cohesion empowers the forging of a strong sense of Community for the Chinese Nation imbued with formidable cohesion and centripetal force, enhancing the sense of national belonging and identification among all ethnic groups, facilitating interethnic exchange and integration, fostering ethnic unity, mitigating ethnic estrangement and conflicts, fostering a harmonious social environment, and providing a robust underpinning for sustained national stability. Ultimately, it consolidates the immense strength needed to propel the realization of national rejuvenation and the construction of a strong nation.
