学校是教书育人的场所,是国家培养人才重要的阵地,是追求真善美的殿堂。学校安全的教学环境,稳定的教学秩序,是学校实现教书育人的基础。然而,伴随着复杂多变的社会环境,危机时刻伴随在学校的周围,影响着学校正常的教学秩序和学校教职工、学生的安全。同时,学校受社会群众、媒体的关注和监督。一旦学校发生危机,社会大众、社会媒体就会比较关注此类事情。如果有人,恶意利用社会监督的途径、媒体大肆渲染危机事件,扭曲事实,就会给学校正常教学秩序造成影响,同时也会伤害学生,给学生心理造成影响。

本文首先介绍社会监督、危机管理,基础教育的相关概念。然后,以北京市丰台区五爱屯小学为研究对象,重点研究学校发生的热点事件,对事件进行分析。结合现有的危机处理方法,找出了目前学校在处理危机事件时所存在的问题。针对问题,从危机预防、危机应对、善后处理等三个方面详细阐述。面对由社会监督引起的危机管理,学校应该从以下几个方面做起:第一,在危机预防阶段,学校应该建立危机管理团队,形成一套危机预警体系,做到危机提前预防,提前处理。第二,在危机应对阶段,学校应该对危机做到快速响应,迅速地隔离危机,以及面对媒体时应该真诚,不逃避责任,勇于承担责任。第三,在善后处理阶段。学校应该尽量挽回危机造成的损失,快速恢复正常的教学秩序。同时也应该借助媒体的力量维护学校和教职工的形象,以及对社会新媒体有一个清醒的认识,及时总结问题。引导社会大众正确运用社会监督途径,使家庭和学校形成合力,促进教育良性发展。

As a place to teach and educate people, the school is an important place for the country to cultivate talents, and the palace to pursue truth, goodness and beauty. Normal school teaching order and a safe teaching environment are the foundation for schools to complete teaching and educating people. However, with the complex and changing social environment, crisis moments accompany the school, affecting the school's normal teaching order and the safety of teachers and students. The school is also concerned and supervised by the public and the media. Once a school crisis occurs, the public and social media will pay more attention to such things. If there are some people who maliciously use some channels of social supervision and the media to rashly render crisis events and distort the facts, it will affect the normal teaching order of schools, and will also hurt students and affect their psychology.

At the first, the paper introduces the concepts of social supervision, crisis management, and basic education. Then, taking Wuaitun Elementary School in Fengtai District, Beijing as the research object, it focused on the hot events that occurred in some schools and analyzed the events. Combine existing crisis management methods. Identified some problems existing in the school's handling of the crisis, aiming at the problem, it will elaborate from three aspects including crisis prevention, crisis response and after-treatment. Facing crisis management caused by social supervision, schools should start from the following aspects: First, in the crisis prevention phase, schools should establish a crisis management team and form a set of crisis early warning system to prevent crisis and deal with it in advance. Second, in the crisis response phase, schools should respond quickly to the crisis, quickly isolate the crisis, and be honest to face the media. Third, at the aftercare stage, schools should try their best to recover the losses caused by the crisis and quickly restore normal teaching order. We should not only use the power of the media to maintain the image of the school and teachers, but also have a clear understanding of the social new media and summarize in time. We should guide the public to use the social supervision way correctly, make the family and school cooperate happily, then promote the healthy development of education.
