以词义、词性、构词法三个维度为参照，可在汉语同素逆序词系统中继续筛选出一类异性异构的同素异义逆序词对。本文以第 1 版《现代汉语词典》中 91 对异性异构同素异义逆序词为基本语料，兼与第 7 版《现代汉语词典》收录的该类词对比。共时层面的考察发现：这类同素异义逆序词不仅包括了偶合的词对，还有近六成词对在词义方面有关联。“动词-名词”的对应关系分布最多，且结构类型上以偏正结构的词为主。同时，从第 1 版《现汉》到第 7 版的 38 年间：这类同素逆序词总体上相当稳定，并有在现代汉语词汇系统中保持活跃和完善丰富的态势，只有少量的词词义消亡或改变。

By referring to the three dimensions of word meaning, part of speech, and word formation, a class of heterogeneous and opposite morpheme reverse order word pairs can be further screened in the Chinese system of morpheme reverse order words. This article takes 91 pairs of heterosexual,isomeric, and antonymic words in reverse order from the first edition of the Modern Chinese Dictionary as the basic corpus, and compares them with the words included in the seventh edition of the Modern Chinese Dictionary. At the synchronic level, it was found that this type of homomorphemic reverse order words not only includes coupled word pairs, but also nearly 60% of word pairs are related in terms of word meaning. The corresponding relationship between "verb noun" is the most distributed, and the structural type is mainly composed of words with a biased structure. Meanwhile, during the 38 years from the first edition of "Xianhan" to the seventh edition, such homomorphemic reverse order words were generally quite stable and maintained an active and comprehensive trend in the modern Chinese vocabulary system, with only a small number of word meanings disappearing or changing.
