语言迁移, 在外语习得领域中一直是一个重要的研究课题。它重视一种语言对另一种语言的“影响”。在语言学习者之中, 藏族学生作为一个特殊的英语学习的群体,英语是他们的第三个语言,以及在英语习得过程中,语言迁移现象也是客观存在的。因此,通过对33名非英语专业的藏族大学生,他们的母语是藏语,第二语言是汉语的英语学习者自愿地回答的简短的问卷调查的结果研究,以及基于错误分析法,其中8名学生提供了他们的英语作文作为分析文本,去研究正迁移和负迁移在语言学习中的影响效果。
本研究通过研究和分析得出了以下的结论:首先,在学生的作文中发现了五个主要的错误,包括语序错误,用词不当错误,搭配错误,时态错误和主谓一致错误等。其次,根据问卷调查结果显示,藏语和汉语是影响英语学习的主要影响因素。第三,由于汉语和英语之间的相似性多于藏语和英语。汉语在英语学习中的所产生的影响大于藏语。
为了减少语言负迁移影响,如何良好地教授和学习英语是外语学习中的关键问题。作为老师,首先,引导学生树立学习英语的意识是必然的。其次, 重视基本的语法讲述和讲解是基本的。 最后,用英文讲课,重视运用英语讲授英语知识是重要的。此外对于学生,首先,提高学习英语的兴趣。其次,不仅要提高英语水平,还须提高汉藏语言。 最后,正确了解藏汉英三种语言之间的相同点和不同点是促进三语习得的重要措施。

As one of the main research projects, language transfer plays a significant role in language acquisition process. It emphases that transfer is the influences resulting from one language to another language. Among language learners, Tibetan student is a special group as English is their third language, and in their process of English acquisition, language transfer exists as well. Thus, 33 non-English major Tibetan college students whose first language is Tibetan and the second one is Chinese voluntarily answered a short questionnaire. Also, based on the method of errors analysis, 8 of them provided their writings to the researcher to investigate the positive and the negative transfer in language learning.
The data collected reveals the following major findings. First, there are five main errors including the word order errors, catachresis errors, collocation errors, tense errors and subject-predicate agreement errors are found in their writings. Secondly, according to the questionnaire, Tibetan and Chinese are the main influential factors in their third language acquisition. Third, because there are more similarities between Chinese and English more than between Tibetan and English. Chinese influences English acquisition more than Tibetan does.
To reduce the negative effects of language transfer, how to teach and learn English well are the key issues in foreign language learning. As a teacher, first, requesting students to build the awareness of learning English is more indispensable. Secondly, focusing on the grammatical principles teaching by the method of describe and examples are more essential. And emphasizing to teach English knowledge in English in class is the necessary. Furthermore, as a student, at first, improving the interest of learning English is more basic. Secondly, improving the language proficiency which is not only English, but also Chinese and Tibetan language. And finally, having a visual and correct comprehension of the similarities and differences between Tibetan language, Chinese and English which is the significant solution in the third language acquisition.
