生物学实验课程是生物学教育的重要组成部分，是培养学生生物学核心素养的关键途径之一，随着基础教育的改革的不断深入，生物学实验课程的地位更是逐日提升。中学生作为生物学实验课程的主体，其对生物学实验课程的满意度评价既是对生物实验课程质量的有效检验，也是学生学习效果的真实反映。本研究尝试从中学生的视角，基于ACSI模型，构建中学生物学实验满意度问卷，通过随机和就近抽样得到550份有效样本，对满意度现状进行了调查研究，结果显示中学生对生物学实验课程的满意度呈现中等偏上水平。

研究者发现，可以从外部环境、课程内容、教师教学等方面来提高学生的课程质量感知，从科学思维、科学探究等方面提高学生的价值感知，再结合学生所提出的改进中学生物学实验课程满意度的意见，本研究提出提高中学生物学实验课程学生满意度的对策与建议如下：完善实验课程外部环境、丰富实验课程内容、提高教师教学水平、重视探究性和实践性、合理安排实验课程课时，以期对实验课程进行优化和发展。 |

Biology experiment course is an important part of biology education and one of the key ways to cultivate students' Biology Core literacy. With the deepening of the reform of basic education, the status of biology experiment course is improving day by day. As the main body of biology experiment course, the satisfaction evaluation of middle school students on biology experiment course is not only an effective test of the quality of biology experiment course, but also a true reflection of students' learning effect. From the perspective of middle school students and based on the ACSI model, this study attempts to construct a middle school biology experiment satisfaction questionnaire. 550 valid samples are obtained through random sampling, and the current situation of satisfaction is investigated. The results show that middle school students' satisfaction with biology experiment curriculum is above the medium level.

The researchers found that the perception of curriculum quality can be improved from the perspectives of external environment, curriculum content and teachers' teaching, Improve the value perception from the aspects of scientific thinking and scientific inquiry.
