本文采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法以及数理统计与分析等研究方法,根据最新《体育与健康课程标准》中对体育教师提出的要求并结合我国农村体育教学的现状,客观地分析当前免费师范生教育政策背景下部属师范大学体育教育专业免费师范生的培养目标以及体育教育专业免费师范生专业技术课课程设置中存在的问题。结果表明:1.新课标的实施对体育教师提出了更高的要求,而目前体育教育专业免费师范生的课程设置尚不能满足新课标的具体要求。2.我国农村地区经济条件相对落后,绝大多数的农村中小学都存在这体育场地器材不足、领导重视不够、专业教师欠缺、评价体制不合理等问题。3.自从师范生政策实施以来,六所教育部直属师范院校对体育教育专业的免费师范生的培养目标、课程设置等方面都做出了巨大的举措,尤其是在2009年体育教育专业免费师范生课程设置放生了巨大改变,对学生的要求也明显增高。而在体育教育专业免费师范生的培养上六所师范院校都各具特色,拥护和支持免费师范生教育政策的实施,为改善农村地区体育教学水平,促进教育的公平性作出了重要贡献。4.体育教育专业免费师范生对自身学校开设专业课程总体上满意度较高,在对希望开设的课程调查中发现,田径和三大球(足篮排)仍是学生们的首选,而小球类(乒羽网)、游泳、形体健美等课程的广泛开展也受到更多学生们的喜爱。5. 体育教育专业免费师范生业的课程设置中:没有针对中小学体育校本课程研究的内容;专业课程模块中专业任意选修课的专业技术方向内容中缺少跳绳、踢毽子、广播体操等;此外还缺少基层地区体育教师应具备的体育器材制作与维修能力的课程;教师教育课程模块课程内容学时和学分的比例较低;选修课的比例、术科的比例及限定选修课比例不能满足学生需求;实践模块中没有组织竞赛、裁判实践工作和运动训练等专业实践课程;学校教育实习点较少且人数多,每个学生上课的机会不均衡等。针对以上研究结果,本文提出以下建议:1.由于新课标是在2011年才颁布实施的,六所师范院校在新一轮的免费师范生课程修订改革还需要一定的过程,而专业技术课课程设置方面应该充分解读新课标中对体育教师的具体要求,培养目标也应该符合新课标中对体育教师的具体要求。 2.体育教育专业免费师范生课程设置的核心应是培养农村中小学体育教师,因此专业技术课课程设置应始终围绕农村教学现状的发展制定,课程设置的同时要广泛吸取相关专家和农村体育一线教师的意见,减少农村学校体育教学内容以外的必修课课程,设置一些简单的适合农村学校教学的课程比如体育游戏、毽绳课等,并针对不同地域特点设置相应选修课,以满足不同学生的需求。3.强化师范生的组织教学能力和应变能力,课程设置方面还要突出对学生教态教法的培养,保证他们在踏入实习岗位之前就初步掌握基本的教学技能,从而缩短工作后的适应期,为成为一名优秀的农村体育教师奠定基础。4.优化师范生教学实习环节,实习最好是安排在大二下学期或者大三上学期,这样他们有足够的时间去总结实习阶段发现的问题,实习单位应该选择自己生源地的农村中小学,以便他们更早的适应当地的学校教学环境,而在教育实习过程中应多与老教师沟通并针对自身的不足及时改正。教育实习是体育教育专业免费师范生将来成长为优秀体育教师和未来教育家不可或缺的重要经历。 5. 加强培养学生的创编教材(教材化)、处理突发事件、科研创新、协调配合(公共关系)以及社会活动等基本能力的培养;要十分注重讲解示范、组织、帮助与保护的教学能力,以及裁判和组织竞赛、组织指导课外体育锻炼、器材设计自制维修及场地设计维修、先进教学手段使用、训练、对常见运动性疾病及运动损、伤急救处理、对学生健康标准科学评价、一定的医疗保健等职业能力的培养。
