当今全球化和信息化时代,移动互联网技术已经渗透至社会生活的方方面面。互联网技术的广泛应用和不断革新,对教育教学的发展具有革命性影响。近年来伴随教育教学改革的不断深入,基于互联网技术和互联网思维的智慧教学理念应运而生。相比于传统的教师讲授——学生接受式教学,智慧教学着眼于学生的智慧生成与发展,为人们重新审视教育教学活动提供了新的视角。智慧教学的出现,既是教育教学改革的价值诉求,也是教育教学对互联网+时代的积极回应。 本文基于“互联网+教育”视角,从理论和实践层面对思想政治课智慧教学展开研究,共包括三个部分。第一部分在梳理和界定“互联网+”、“互联网+教育”、“智慧”及“智慧教学”相关概念的基础上,从教学资源、教学手段、教学目标、教学评价等方面对思想政治课智慧教学的具体内涵展开论述,并构建相应的教学模型。思想政治课智慧教学,是基于现代互联网信息技术及平台等智慧教学条件所构建的信息化、智能化、自主性、开放性的智慧教学环境,以达成思想政治课思维认知智慧、情感道德智慧及实践理性智慧生成与发展的智慧教学过程。 第二部分主要在教学实践层面对如何实施思想政治课智慧教学进行具体的课例分析。本部分选取两个不同模块、不同课型的教学案例,即高中思想政治必修三《文化生活》“世界文化的多样性”和必修四《生活与哲学》综合探究课“坚定理想 铸就辉煌”。通过两个课例的具体分析,进一步论证智慧教学理论模型在实践层面操作的可能性,为思想政治课智慧教学的实践应用提供可能范式。 第三部分针对智慧教学的具体实践过程进行反思,对其需要防范的问题进行分析,包括互联网多元化对思想政治课德育功能的冲击、互联网碎片化对思维和认知的干扰及滥用技术所带来的教学形式化趋势,导致思想政治课教学的深度和价值感缺失等问题,并针对性地总结相应的智慧教学策略,试图为思想政治课智慧教学的理论及实践层面的发展和完善提供可能的参照与借鉴。

In the current globalization and information age background, large data, cloud computing and mobile Internet, such as new generation of information technology has penetrated into all aspects of social life, the Internet is like a tsunami, sweeping the various traditional fields, set off a wave of reform. The wide application and innovation of Internet information technology in various fields has revolutionized the development of education and teaching, and the wisdom teaching idea comes into being with the deepening of teaching reform in recent years. Compared with the traditional teaching of teachers--the students ' acceptance, the wisdom teaching focuses on the students ' wisdom generation and development, which provides a new perspective for people to re-examine the teaching activities.The emergence of the wisdom teaching is not only the value appeal of the educational reform, but also the positive response of the education teaching to the Internet + era. Based on the view of "Internet + Education", this paper studies the wisdom Teaching of ideology and politics from the theory and practice level, including three parts. The first part is to comb and define "Internet +", "on the basis of the relevant concepts of Internet + education, wisdom and wisdom teaching, this paper expounds the connotation of the wisdom teaching in teaching resources, teaching means, teaching objectives and teaching evaluation, and constructs the corresponding teaching model.The so-called wisdom teaching is based on the intelligent teaching conditions such as modern Internet information technology and platform, which is built on the intelligence, intelligence, autonomy and openness, so as to reach the wisdom teaching process of cognitive wisdom, emotional moral wisdom, the generation and development of practical rational wisdom. The second part is mainly about how to carry out the teaching of ideological and political lesson wisdom in the teaching practice level. This section selects two teaching cases, namely the senior high school ideological and political compulsory three "cultural life" "The World Cultural diversity" and the compulsory four "life and the Philosophy" comprehensive Inquiry class "the firm ideal casts magnificently".Through the concrete analysis of two examples, this paper further demonstrates the possibility of the operation of the theory model of intelligent teaching in practice, and provides a possible paradigm for the practical application of the wisdom teaching of ideological and political courses. The third part of the ideological and political teaching of the specific application of the process of reflection, the need to guard against the problem, including the impact of Internet diversification on the moral education function of ideological and political lessons, internet fragmentation of thinking and cognitive interference and misuse of technology brought about by the teaching of the form of the trend,The problems, such as the depth of ideological and political teaching and the lack of value sense, try to provide reference and reference for the development and perfection of the theory and practice of the teaching of ideology and politics.
