本研究基于全年周期训练方针,制定了以身体功能理念为指导,适用于准备期、竞赛期与过渡期身体功能训练合并营养增补策略的方案。研究主要采取前后干预实验进行,以建立基础到提升能力再到稳固强化的整体思路,进行了三阶段训练与营养增补策略干预。通过各阶段运动表现相关指标测试结果,探讨高水平短跑运动员身体功能训练合并运动营养增补策略,在短跑全年周期阶段的方案与实施,并验证了所设计方案对短跑与运动员运动表现的影响。以期为高校田径训练方案制定结合营养增补的应用提供实践数据与参考依据。本研究主要结果为:通过不同阶段运动表现测试的比较,研究表明准备期的身体功能训练合并营养增补策略对于整体机能、力量与无氧耐力有良好的促进作用。后链发展训练更靶向的提高了短跑运动员身体形态、速度、腘绳肌力量、深蹲与卧推最大力量、爆发力与稳定性,验证了后链能力对提升短跑运动表现的重要作用。过渡期采取的TRX训对于练改了短跑运动员姿势控制与下肢稳定性,TRX悬吊训练是一种合理的增进短跑运动表现的有效训练方式。研究的主要结论是:1.本研究采用的三套适用于高水平短跑运动员的身体功能训练与增补方案,即准备期的身体功能训练合并分离乳清蛋白增补方案,竞赛期的后链发展身体功能训练合并分离乳清蛋白与支链氨基酸增补方案,恢复期TRX训练合并分离乳清蛋白和维生素增补方案,分别实验验证,三套方案在一定程度上显示出对高水平短跑运动员运动表现有着的积极影响。2.身体功能训练与营养增补策略的整合具体的实践应用过程中,还需要考虑运动员的个体差异和训练的实际具体情况,以取得最佳的训练效果。 |

Based on the annual periodic of training, this study developed a program of physical function training and nutritional supplementation strategies for the preparation, competition and transition periods, guided by the physical function concept. The study was conducted in a pre- and post-intervention experiment with a three-stage training and nutrition supplementation strategy based on the overall concept of establishing the foundation, improving the ability and then strengthening. The results of the performance-related indexes in each phase were used to explore the implementation of the physical function training combined with sports nutrition supplementation strategy for high-level sprinters in the year-round cycle of sprinting, and to verify the effects of the designed program on sprinting performance. The results of this study are expected to provide practical data and reference for the application of nutrition supplementation in the development of athletic training programs in colleges and universities.The main results of this study were that physical function training combined with nutritional supplementation strategies during the preparatory phase had a beneficial effect on overall function, strength and anaerobic endurance by comparing different phases of athletic performance testing. Posterior chain development training was more targeted to improve sprinters' form, speed, hamstring strength, squat and bench press maximal strength, explosive power and stability, validating the important role of posterior chain capacity in improving sprinting performance. TRX training taken during the transition period improved sprinters' postural control and lower limb stability, and TRX suspension training is a reasonable and effective training modality to enhance sprinting performance. The main conclusions of the study are: 1. The three sets of physical function training and supplementation programs used in this study for high-level sprinters, i.e., physical function training combined with whey protein isolate supplementation during the preparation period, physical function training combined with whey protein isolate and branched-chain amino acid supplementation during the post-chain development period, and TRX training combined with whey protein isolate and vitamin supplementation during the recovery period, were experimentally validated. The integration of physical function training and nutritional supplementation strategies needs to take into account the individual differences of the athletes and the actual training conditions in order to achieve the best training results. |
