未成年社区服刑人员是指未满法定成年年龄接受社区矫正的人员。由于未成年社区服刑人员的特殊性以及与相关刑事司法制度衔接的要求，对未成年社区服刑人员的身份信息进行保护极具必要性。但是，在目前的社区矫正工作实践中，对未成年社区服刑人员的身份信息保护存在一些突出问题。例如，与成年社区服刑人员分开矫正存在困难，社区服务面临标签化风险，社会参与中的身份信息保护措施缺位。为了有针对性地解决上述问题，本文提出应当建立切合实际的专人负责模式，健全社区服务中的保护机制，完善社会参与中的保密制度。

Delinquents subject to community corrections refer to those who have not reached the legal adult age and are receiving community corrections. As the particularity of them and the connection requirement of relevant criminal justice system, it is really necessary to protect their identity information. However, there are quite a few problems of the protection currently: the hardness to conduct them separately from adult offenders, the risk for them to be labeled during community services, and the deficiency of protection measures about social participation. In order to solve these problems, this article suggests that special staff should be in charge in a suitable way which conforms to reality, the protection during community services should be improved, and the secrecy system about social participation should be perfected.
