作为专门的法律教育机构，律学自曹魏时期诞生以来，逐渐在历朝历代的教育系统中占据了一席之地，唐代律学无疑是其中发展最好的一个。唐代统治者从一开始就非常重视法律教育，并于国子监下设立律学，将其作为国子监的六学之一，同时开设与律学相对应的明法科，以保证律学学生可以通过此科博得功名，这在前朝各代都未曾出现过。本文分为五个部分，分别对唐代律学进行了分析和论述。第一部分主要分析唐代律学得以建立的历史基础和时代背景，同时也概述了唐代律学设立的时间及发展的概况。第二部分主要讲述唐代律学的教师及学生，主要探讨唐代律学教师的人选及地位，唐代律学学生的招生情况、律学学生的管理模式。第三部分主要分析唐代律学的课程，包括公共必修课及专业课，同时分析了儒学思想对唐代律学课程的影响。第四部分主要通过对明法科的分析来看其与唐代律学的关系。第五部分主要通过与其他朝代的律学及唐朝其他官学的比较来看唐代律学的历史地位，兼论唐代律学的影响及命运。

Lvxue, being a special educational institution of law, was gradually getting an important role in the following dynasties from its birthday at Wei period in Three Kingdoms. No doubt Lvxue in Tang dynasty is one of the best developed. The rulers of Tang dynasty paid much attention to the law education, founded Lvxue, considered it as one of official schools belongs to Guozijian, ensured that the law students could get fame and position in the government in this way. All those had never happened ever before. The study consists of 5 parts, analyzing and stating the Lvxue in Tang Dynasty. The first part mainly analyzes the historic basis and time background. Meanwhile, it summarizes the founding time and development of the Lvxue in Tang dynasty. Part 2 chiefly describes the teachers and students, the selection of the teachers, enrollment, and the management. The third part analyzes its subjects, including the compulsory courses, majors, as well as the Confucianism’s influence on the courses of Lvxue. The fourth part analyzes the Mingfake and relationship between the Mingfake and the Lvxue. The last part shows the historic status by comparing the Lvxue in different dynasties and comparing the Lvxue with the other official schools in Tang dynasty. It also discusses the impact and its future of Lvxue in Tang dynasty .
